Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for them. My mom previously co-founded a dog rescue in New Hampshire, and I grew up helping with foster dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. Through that experience, I learned how to work with shy and nervous dogs, high energy breeds, and everything in between. I’m very comfortable with large and strong dogs. I have a Newfoundland, German Shepherd, and Husky of my own so I understand the structure, consistency, and exercise they need. Whether your dog is big, small, young, or senior, I can confidently provide safe, attentive care. My experience includes walks, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and of course lots of love and attention. I’m dependable, motivated, and flexible, and I treat every dog like my own. Your pup will receive patient, responsible, loving care every visit.

I am extremely happy with Lexi watching my Belgian Malinois. I did not know Lexi prior to booking her for 3 drop in visits/day for 13 days. Considering being in Europe and so far away, I was very nervous leaving Taz for so long in the care of a stranger. I now know Lexi was the right person to take care of Taz and will request her service in the future. Lexi sent photos with every visit. She went above and beyond IMO. She gave Taz his meds, she brushed Taz, she contacted me and sent photos when he got a hot spot. I asked her to use the anti itch/ fungal spray I have and put a cone/collar on him to help prevent further irritation. She even brought my garbage can in and did a special mail check for me. Great communication, well cared for pet, flexible in booking my vacation days, reliable. Overall, highly recommend, will use again. Thank you Lexi for taking such fantastic care of Taz!

Our little finn had a great stay with lexi and big finn.. they got along great..and was nice and tired when he got home from the fun. they went out of their way to accommodate us when we left early..
Kaida, my 1 year old pup, had an amazing time with Lexi and her dog, Finn! Lexi clearly loves dogs and seemed very good with Kaida. He came home wagging and smiling, and fell right asleep for the rest of the night, he was so worn out from playing all day! We will definitely be bringing Kaida back to Lexi whenever we need a dog sitter!!

Schedule
Weekday and weekend walks and drop-ins available! I’m available to do morning, afternoon, or evening drop in visits and walks. I’m flexible and happy to work with your schedule whenever possible.

- Before our visit, I like to learn about your dog’s leash behavior and whether they use a collar, harness, or both. Please let me know about any fears, triggers, or reactivity toward other dogs or people so I can ensure a safe, stress-free walk. I’d also love to know about any allergies, medical needs, or dietary restrictions. And of course, what are their favorite treats and toys?
