I have a very consistent schedule which helps me be able to plan ahead of time easily to care for your fur babies. I work M-F 8AM-4pm. Monday and Friday I work from home. Tuesday - Thursday I am in the office. Very often my office days are extremely flexible, so please communicate any needs and I may be able to adjust accordingly ☺️

It's very important to me to keep all your animals safe and make sure they feel loved. I always trying to build trust and bond with your animal through their favorite activities and treats. If you have an specific safety needs I will listen to them very intently and follow through to keep your fur baby safe and comfortable. I will always keep the safety of your animal in the front of my mind!
Information Lexi C. would like to know about your pet
I definitely don’t have any breed preferences! I love all animals! The only thing I’d love to know if generally how active your dog is. I don’t want to keep an active pup all cooped up inside and I don’t want to keep an older pup out too long who might prefer to just stay in with a blanket and nap. If you do have any sweet babies who might be starting to get some highlights around their muzzles please be as specific with your routine as you can. I always want to stick as closely to any animals routine as I can, but especially our older babies as they can have a harder time adjusting to a different schedule. If your dog thrives on routine please share their routine! There is no such thing as too much information.
A typical day
I love to go for walks and play with dogs so they will have a fun filled day with me! Inside or outside I’ll make sure to keep them busy. I also love a good laser pointer for cats and other fun cat toys!

Let’s start this off with the obvious, we don’t deserve pets. No matter how much we love them they will always love us more, we are their whole life and they are such a big part of ours. This is exactly why I wanted to become a pet sitter, to care after the beautiful four legged angels that care for us so much. I have been a pet sister, pet aunt, and pet parent for my whole life, I’ve always been surrounded by animals even if they aren’t mine so I know exactly how to love and treat them! I currently have three cats in my own home. I love taking dogs for long walks so they have ample time to sniff every suspicious leaf before they finally go potty. I love playing with dogs and cats who want to play or chilling and watching a movie with the ones that just want to sleep. I will give your animal all the time and attention they need and will always keep them happy and safe! I can’t wait to meet your favorite pup and/or pups! (Also a cat lover so don’t worry about that!) I have experience with elderly animals as well as dogs & cats that need fluids and/or oral medication.

Lexi always does an amazing job with our pets, and we trust her completely. She goes above and beyond with each stay and does an excellent job of keeping us informed about our pets (including sending nice photos) while we’re away. We highly recommend her!
Lexi did a wonderful job staying at our house and caring for our four pets (three cats and one dog) for a two-week period. She sent frequent updates with information about how our pets were doing and included photos that we were always delighted to receive. She administered twice-daily insulin shots to our elderly diabetic cat and made sure that she understood the process in advance before we left. She handled a situation that required a visit to the emergency vet for a checkup for our diabetic cat confidently and went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to communicate with the emergency vet over the phone to assess the situation. She also was flexible when we needed to extend her stay by one day after our flights home were unexpectedly canceled. Our pets were relaxed and happy when we got home from our trip and that means the world to us. I recommend Lexi without reservation and would be pleased to hire her again in the future!
