Hello, My name is Lex, and I was born and raised in Colorado. I studied Human Services and now work for a nonprofit animal assisted counseling center. Animals have always been a huge passion of mine. I’ve worked in veterinary clinics, animal boarding facilities, as well as doggy daycares, and I honestly couldn’t imagine my daily life without them. I’ve been pet sitting for over 13 years and currently offer pet sitting, dog walking, and drop in visits. I’m comfortable caring for animals of all sizes, from rats to horses. I also enjoy working with all temperaments, from outgoing critters to those who need a little time to warm up. I understand the importance of meeting each animal where they’re at, and I truly value the unique personality and needs of every pet. I always treat them with the same love and care as I would my own. My schedule is flexible, I’m available after 3 p.m. on weekdays and have weekends open. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to the routines and instructions provided to minimize stress for the pet. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, and any other needs like administering medication or cleaning up after them. I always respect the client’s space and ensure their home is kept tidy

Lex took great care of our older dog and loved on him the whole time! She also takes such awesome care of our house. She makes it easy to leave for long periods of time without having to worry about home.
Lex was very communicative throughout our weekend vacation and even came over for a meet and greet with our pups before our trip. Our pups were well cared for and seemed happy in her care. Our house was also in great condition when she left! One of our pups is nervous around new people and takes a while to warm Up and Lex sent updates about how our pup was doing which was great!
Lex always loves our dogs and takes great care of our home. We’re so happy to have her!!!

Schedule
Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine. I work from home on Fridays, which allows me to be available for regular potty breaks and attention. On weekends, I’m fully available for extended care or activities. During the rest of the week, my schedule is flexible enough to accommodate any necessary care throughout the day
