We’ve had dogs growing up and I’ve always enjoyed their company and the joy they bring to the home. My partner and me regularly look after my parents Labrador and my uncle’s Border Terrier. They are very different personalities so tailor their needs accordingly when looking after them. For example, one likes the park with other dogs where as the other is not as social so needs solo walks. We have been looking after them for the best part of 5 years as cover for holiday and other last minute commitments.

Lewis looks after my Labrador whenever we go away on holiday. He looks after her in his own home which is very close to a park. He takes out at least twice per day depending on the weather. Between him & his partner they arrange their working week so that my dog is never left alone. Our dog has recently been diagnosed with arthritis and Lewis is very happy to administer her medication along with her food. She always comes back from there happy & healthy. When Lewis was studying in America he also looked after a tutors dog when they went away so he has experience looking after other dogs and any dogs you place in his care will be well cared for
Lewis and Cat have looked after our Border Terrier several times, and he has been very happy with them. They are attentive and careful to his needs and Harley always misses them after they are gone. Lewis has been around dogs all his life having grown up with labradors, so he is perfect for understanding dogs quickly. They’re home life allows for dogs to be present and well looked after, so happily recommend them as a place where your extended family member(s) will be well looked after and cared for.

Schedule
My partner and myself work full time with a hybrid office pattern so have the flexibility to work from home which will allow us to care for your dog at all hours of the day.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a 2 bed apartment with capability to place a crate or bed in. We have access to a huge park within a 1 minute walk and a beach within 10 minutes walk to allow for plenty of walking accessibility. We would not have more than 1 dog at a time.
