Qualified dog Handler/Trainer
As a huge dog lover, I have extensive experience working with all breeds and temperaments — from small companion dogs to larger, more challenging breeds such as Cane Corsos and XL Bullies. My background includes working with the police as a dog handler, carer, and trainer, giving me hands-on experience in canine behaviour, training, and handling. I am also qualified and experienced in assistance dog handling and canine behaviour, and I currently work as a night veterinary assistant. This means your pets will always be cared for by someone knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare. I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life, raising puppies and adopting rescue dogs throughout childhood and into adulthood. I currently have two rescue dogs of my own: Milo is my adopted Romanian mixed breed. He is well trained, gentle, and very affectionate. He gets along well with most dogs, although he can feel a little anxious around very large or overly excitable dogs. Milo can also be nervous in unfamiliar environments at first, but once he feels settled and comfortable, his soft and loving personality shines through. He is especially gentle and friendly with children once familiar with his surroundings. Moby is my 3-year-old Collie mix, also rescued from Romania. He is a sweet, easy-going boy who can be timid when meeting new people due to his difficult past, but he absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys playing. He can spook easily at times, but he is very well behaved, fully house trained, and equally happy having a play or simply relaxing and chilling out. I am very much a dog person and feel completely comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always aim to provide a calm, loving, and safe environment. I was extremely nervous about leaving my spaniel Hugo with anyone as at the age of three he had never been left with someone he didn't know . I initially done a meet and greet in Lewis and Veras home to see if Hugo got along with their resident dogs and to see how he was in someones elses home , then a meet up where I walked Hugo so they could see what he was like out and about . All went great so we booked Lewis and Vera for a 10 night stay . I got regular updates , photos and videos and Hugo looked like he had a fantastic time and my mind was at ease . I will definitely recommend this fabulous couple and I hope they will have Hugo back as he can be a little testing at times and comes with typical spaniel traits . Many thanks to you both for keeping my furbaby safe .
Eric (my dog) enjoyed his stay with Lewis. Eric came home full of beans and very chilled. Lewis provided regular updates and photos of Eric during his stay. Happy to recommend Lewis, we will certainly use his services again.
Lewis and Vera are absolutely fantastic boarders! I really needed to find somewhere that was going to be like home for my dog and this really was... I wasn't sure if she even wanted to come home! I feel so at ease that I now have somewhere she can go when we are away and that she will be happy and so well looked after too!
Ritchie absolutely loves staying with Vera & Lewis - would never hesitate to board with them - they take great care of him every time and he comes back so happy!!

Schedule
I am able to look after my dogs Milo 10yrs and Moby 3yrs alongside with my partner. He is a routine man and will wake up minutes before my alarm for a morning walk and food, he then usually has a afternoon walk followed by an evening walk before bedtime. I previously worked from home that allowed me to care for pets while your away and treat them with as much love as I do with Milo and Moby and their maintaining with routines. Your dog will be more than happy and comfortable here with milo and Moby, me and my partner pampered like one of our own along side regular updates.

Safety, trust & environment
I have unclosed back garden, where they are free to wonder out and in along with Milo to keep company and plenty toys keeping keep them entertained while they stay, home away for home. Caring for your pet will be around your daily life and care for them, if they are crate trained or sleep in their own bed or in ours we will stick to what you/they know best to keep everything as natural and comfortable during their stay.
Pets
A typical day
Your dog will be able to enjoy the comfort of being able to go out freely in and out of the garden as they please with plenty of toys at their leisure. They'll be took on routine walks with Milo to a local parks and beach and countryside to dog friendly places where they can also enjoy meeting other dogs safely. We would also not allow dogs to be off lead unless theyre within our house and garden to ensure everyones safety while they are under our care.
