I’ve cared for my own pets throughout the years, including two dogs, fish, lizards, and even a turtle. Pets are always my top priority, and I make sure walks, playtime, and cuddles are part of our time together, always at the pace and comfort level that each pet enjoys. I raised both of my dogs from 3-month-old puppies through their senior years, which gave me hands-on experience with everything from high-energy puppy care to supporting the unique needs of older dogs. One of my pups lived with arthritis in her hind legs for many years, so I understand the patience and extra care that comes with managing health challenges. I have also taken care of many family and friends cats over the years, always in their own homes where they are comfortable so unfortunately I won’t be able to board any cats at my own home due to a lack of experience helping cats acclimate to new environments however I’ve housed around 15 different dogs in two of my homes over the years so I am familiar with acclimating dogs to new places.
