Pet care experience
I have a Samoyed at home when I was younger and now has a ginger cat in the family (not living with me now). I used to walk dogs for my aunties and uncles and take them to grooming. I LOVE dogs and I like to be a dog sitter as I like to spend time with them! I have taken care of shy pets and dogs with separation anxiety, and they trust and are comfortable with me very quickly. Every dogs and cats are different, as long as you let me know your fur babies’ personality and special needs, I will make their stay with me as best as possible!

Alice took care of our lovely Cookie for a week when we were away for a holiday. Cookie was well taken care of and Alice even drove him to big parks to play and walk, took him to pets at home to choose his own treats (from her own pocket), and provide him with good food when he has low appetite - it was truly amazing as she is doing much more than we asked for. When she knows that Cookie loves milk-products, she even took Cookie to Starbucks and had his first puppuccino. Alice kindly met with us and Cookie a week before so that we got to know each other better. Cookie has separation anxiety so he could not be left alone for over 30 minutes, Alice has managed to stay with him 24/7. Cookie did not even cry when we left him with Alice - he normally does when we left him (not sure if it's good or bad LOL) and followed Alice everywhere in the flat. We received photos and videos everyday from Alice - that was really sweet as we miss our baby.
Alice kindly cat-sit my two cats when I was away from home. Alice came to pick up the cats and all the items needed and we settled the cats down in her flat. The cats are normally shy but they have become comfortable with Alice within 10 minutes and even cuddled with her. She played with them very often and the cats are really well-taken care of for the whole week. I would be more than happy to ask Alice to help again in the future and if you are looking for someone who gives 100% to your pets, I do strongly recommend her!

I live in a flat by myself with no pets, which is good if your pets are shy and prefer to be alone, but that’s why I can only board small dogs and cats. I can drive them to parks for walks if you dogs are leash trained and I will send you videos and photos every day while you’re away!

Feeding: 1) What type of food do they prefer? Dry, wet, mixed or raw? 2) How much food do they eat per day? 3) How many times you normally feed them in a day? Or are they free-feed? 4) Any special dietary requirements or allergies? Behaviour and routines: 1) How they normally behave at home and with new people/ environment? 2) Are they potty pad trained (for dogs) 3) How many times do they need to be outside for bathroom breaks? Any signs? (for dogs) Exercise and play: 1) How many time they need to be out for walks per day (for dogs)? 2) Any special requirements or things that I need to be aware of?
A typical day
For both cats and dogs, they will be fed regularly according to their dietary requirements, and fresh water is provided throughout the day. For cats, litter box is cleaned regularly and I will play with them with their favourite toys. If your cats love cuddles and pats, I will make sure I spend enough time with them. For dogs, they will be taken for walks (sometimes to parks) 2-3 times a day. I also love playing tug and fetch with them during the day. They are allowed to sleep with me on the bed.

I’m currently a master’s student at the University of Birmingham. Currently I am only studying from home so I am available in most weekdays and weekends, so perfect if you have a holiday getaway and cannot bring your beloved pets with you, leave it to me and I’ll make sure they are well taken care of :)
