Hello pup parents! I have 35+ years of dog experience, professionally 10 years, always had a dog until our beloved Sparky’s passing. My husband and I relocated to Cordova from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida to be near family. Please note, most photos are from my pet sitting in our Florida home.

This was my first time using the Rober platform and I must say that my experience was the best I could have possible imagined. I was somewhat nervous and wanted my pets to be with someone who would give them the care and love during their time with them. When deciding to book someone I read the reviews which helped me to make the final decision to select Letty. During the time I was out of town I received messages and videos that captured the care and activities that my pets were receiving. This was so important and made me feel so comfortable. In the past with other boarding places I did not receive this type of engagement and was often concerned of the care my Elgin and Milan was receiving. You can sense when someone is a real animal lover and that is what I got with Letty. She followed every instructrion I provided and made sure that I shared anything special about them prior to their stay with her. My daughter stated after seeing the videos that they may not want to come back home after being with Ms. Letty. I agreed with her because they were being spoiled to the fullest. I have decided after this experience that I will only book with Ms. Letty in the future and always. Not only is she a great pet caretaker, but she has a genuine sweet and kind spirit in general. I think the pets went through a minor "I miss her" period when they were back home. After being with Ms. Letty I had to give some extra attention to them both. So, if you are looking for the best person to care for your pets in your absence look no further than Ms. Letty. I promise you that you will be pleased with the experience for your pets and your family.

I'm very happy with the care my three dogs received from Letty. My two boys are always easy going but my girl needed more time. I'm glad Letty worked with her so she could relax, sleep, and eat. If Letty will have my fur babies again, I will be back. Thank you again for your help!

It’s rare to find someone who treats your pet like family, but she absolutely did. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone — especially those with senior pets who need that extra level of compassion and attentiveness. 🐾

Schedule
I’m retired and unless running errands, dinner or doctors’ appointments, I’m at home 24-7. Your pups will always have attention. -BOARDING: Covers up to 2 hrs per boarding night. -DAYCARE: Covers up to 10 hrs a day. -Drop offs NO EARLIER than 7:30 am. If earlier drop off time is needed, add the night before as drop off. -Pick ups NO LATER than 7:00 pm. If later time is needed, add the morning after as pick up day. Our home opens for drop off/pick up services at 7:30 am-7 pm.

Outside playtime at least every 1.5 hours with potty breaks in between as needed. First thing in the morning is a potty break immediately followed by their breakfast and out again for first playtime/potty break. Last potty break is around 9:30-10 pm.
A typical day
For their outdoor playtime, we play games such as fetch, tug a war, etc., all according to their energy level, some pups just wander around and chill. Will take for walks occasionally. Playtimes at least every 1.5 hours for the pups that are up to it.

- Please list any and all medications your dog takes or any disabilities so that I am prepare in advance. -No charge for administering medication, UNLESS it is injections: $5 per shot, or, your pup does not take meds on his/her own or easily. Some pups are very reluctant on swallowing pills, please discuss this with me. Pups must be potty trained. Please note: your pup’s care include , loving them, feeding, entertainment, keeping them happy and safe. Bathing ($20), free if stay is more than 7 days. No teeth brushing, hair brushing or ear cleaning, yes to eye drops or ear drops. Please provide these details in writing to me or in the app. Please let me know if your pup has shown aggression. toward other pets or people.
