I've been a Cville resident since 2021 and I love animals! I care for dogs, cats, and even rabbits. I grew up with dogs in my family. We have always treated them with respect, dignity, and of course, lots of love. I have taken care of dogs at my parents' house for most of my life, and assisted friends with their dogs as well. My family has worked diligently and, most importantly, ethically to train our dogs into well-behaved animals. I had my first cat in 2019, and sadly she passed in 2022. However, I felt the call to foster kittens from CASPCA afterward. I currently live in a large house with 3 housemates and the following animals: 1 cat (indoor/outdoor, not afraid of dogs), 1 dog (hound mix, very old & chill), and 4 chickens. I am well-versed in animal body languages, and intuitively know how to act around animals who have a myriad of different behaviors, ranging from anxious to happy! I hold myself to a high standard, making sure that in everything I do, it is done decently and satisfactory. I pride myself on being friendly and a very patient person.
