Hello! My name is Lesly Reyes and I am a life-long pet owner from the Dominican Republic! I relocated from Gainesville Fl and graduated with a bachelors in Animal Sciences. I am currently a dog trainer at my own company, Miraclez Board and Train, to not only help our pets become in-tune with the world but also help owners understand their pet's behaviors and how to create healthy bonds. I've worked for Rover in the past and formed amazing client relationships that only solidified my ambitions. I live with my two rescues: Miracle (stray pup from the DR) and Papi (abandoned cat from the shelter) along with my fiancé, who is just as enthusiastic about hosting and caring for pets that are not ours (but pretend they really are...) I'm familiar with both senior and puppy care including but not limited to; medications and potty mishaps. Animal care has always been a part of my life and I work hard to keep it that way. Lesly was very accommodating. We were in town for a soccer tournament and realized the sports park was not pet friendly. We reached out to Lesly and she responded quickly. We dropped Torii off for the day. She had a blast playing and rested on the way back home. We were Champs of the tournament as well. All around good day!

Lesly was extremely helpful, attentive, and communicative. She met with my husband and I once by ourselves so we could see her space and talk through our routines and individual dog quirks as we have 3. She met with us again with the dogs before our stay so they could see the place and get comfortable with her before we left them for our trip. During our stay, she provided excellent feedback on how they were doing as well as adorable pictures of them playing in the yard. Any questions or concerns we had, she answered them efficiently and left us feeling comfortable. Upon pickup she gave us details of their stay and worked with us through changing our pickup time / bringing 3 high energy dogs out. They came back to us tired and happy. Would definitely recommend and will book again!
Lesly took excellent care of my baby and sent me regular updates with pictures during her boarding. We've never boarded before and this experience was so stress free thanks to Lesly!
Leslie was wonderful with our Penny! She spent time with Penny to make her comfortable and spent time with her inside and in the yard. She returned our text for placing Penny with her quickly! It was also on Sunday. We will definitely use Leslie again! Highly recommend her!
Lesly was great -- she kept us fully informed and our Lab was totally comfortable and well-taken care of! Will definitely request Lesly for our next trip to the area!

Schedule
My schedule is flexible due to being able to work from home. I do ask that owners be on time with any pick ups/drop offs to avoid any collision with other clients.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two separate spaces for dogs that I train with privately and those I take on with Rover. Any pets that I take on at home with have full rein of the house unless specifically requested otherwise. I have ample resources for dealing with pets that might need a crate or isolated to only parts of the house if needed.

A typical day
My entire day consists of training dogs to adapt to a peaceful home environments. The best methods I've found is to stimulate their minds with plenty of tricks, challenges, and treats to reward happy and healthy pet behavior.
