Our Availability & Service Schedule: Because I am a stay-at-home mom, our schedule is incredibly flexible, allowing us to offer top-tier care whether your pet is staying with us or we are visiting them at your home. Here is how our routine works across our different services: 1. For Boarding & Doggy Daycare (At Our Home) Round-the-Clock Supervision: I am home full-time during the day, meaning guest pets enjoy constant companionship, frequent potty breaks (every 2–3 hours), and strict adherence to their feeding schedules. Beat the Heat Routine: Mid-days (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) are strictly for indoor relaxation in the AC, puzzle toys, and mental enrichment. Outdoor playtime is kept to the cooler morning and evening hours. Drop-off & Pick-up Flexibility: Since I am anchored at home, we can easily accommodate flexible drop-off and pick-up windows between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM to match your travel or commute schedule. 2. For Drop-ins & Check-ins (At Your Home) Flexible Daytime Visits: If you need someone to check in on your cats or dogs, feed them, scoop litter, or let them out for a midday potty break, I am available for local neighborhood visits during the day. Tag-Team Coverage: My husband, Juan, tags in during his off-shift hours and weekends. This team dynamic means we have excellent availability to cover early morning, evening, or weekend check-ins when you are stuck at work or out of town. Real-Time Updates: For every check-in, you’ll receive an immediate update, photos of your pets, and confirmation that they are safe, fed, and happy. Weekends & Holidays We have fantastic coverage for weekend boarding and house check-ins. While Juan handles a couple of overnight work shifts, I am home sleeping right alongside our boarding guests, and Juan is fully available during his weekend daylight hours to help manage the routine or conduct visits. We treat your pets and your home with the utmost respect, providing a structured, safe, and loving environment every single time!

The Dedicated Dog Room & 24/7 Camera Access We have a fully dedicated, climate-controlled guest room in our home exclusively for the dogs we watch. Individual Kennels: The room is equipped with high-quality, sturdy crates. Every dog has their own secure kennel for sleeping, structured downtime, and feeding. This prevents any multi-dog friction and gives your pup a quiet, safe space to decompress. Your Personal 24/7 Live Feed: We believe in complete transparency. We have a secure, high-definition pet camera set up in the dog room, and we give you direct access to the live link 24/7. Whether you are at work, at a dinner, or on a flight across the country, you can log in at any second of the day or night to see exactly how your pup is resting and relaxing. Backyard & Home Security Fully Fenced Yard: Our backyard is completely secured with a sturdy fence and locked gates. Dogs are never allowed outside unsupervised; either Lesly or Juan is always in the yard monitoring playtime. Separate Feeding & High-Value Items: To eliminate any chance of resource guarding, all dogs are fed completely separately inside their own kennels. Toys and treats are strictly monitored and handed out individually. Child-Safe & Pet-Safe Environment: Because our home is run by a full-time stay-at-home mom, our living spaces are kept meticulously clean, organized, and free of any hazardous items or loose chords. Health & Heat Safety Protocols Living in the Valley, we take heat safety incredibly seriously. We actively monitor the indoor temperature of the dog room to ensure the AC is running perfectly. We strictly adhere to your specific medication schedules, dietary restrictions, and emergency contact protocols. We maintain a low-occupancy, high-attention home. By capping our guest list, keeping a dedicated space, and giving you an open window into their room via our live camera, we ensure your dog gets a safe, luxury boarding experience while you get total peace of mind.

Our daily routine focuses on keeping your dog happy, structured, and completely safe from the Arizona heat. Here is a clean, straightforward breakdown of a typical day in our care: Early Morning (6:30 AM – 9:00 AM): Beat the Sun We head straight out to the secured yard for active playtime while the ground is still cool. Breakfast is served separately in individual crates, followed by a bit of quiet rest time to let their food safely digest. Mid-Day (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM): AC Chill & Brain Games As the temperature spikes outside, the fun moves inside the air conditioning. We focus on mental stimulation with puzzle toys and lick mats, paired with a long afternoon nap. Backyard potty breaks are kept brief and strictly on the grass to protect sensitive paws. Evening & Bedtime (4:30 PM – 9:30 PM): Sunset Play & Lights Out Once the sun drops, we go back outside for evening fetch and burning off energy. Dinner is served safely in crates, and by 9:30 PM, everyone winds down for a comfortable night of sleep in our dedicated dog room. You can expect regular photo and video updates throughout the day so you can see exactly how your pup is doing!
