I'm a lifelong animal lover from Wilmington, Delaware, and after retiring from 34 years in education, I decided to follow my heart and spend more time with animals. I've had all kinds of pets over the years—dogs, cats, even horses—so I know just how much they mean to us. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to have someone reliable, kind, and caring looking after your pets (and your home) when you can’t be there. Whether it's a walk around the block, playtime in the yard, or just some company while you're away, I'm here to make sure your furry family members feel safe, happy, and loved.

I will visit your pets as requested. They will be walked responsibly and I will ensure they have fresh water and treats if allowed. If requested I will bring in the mail and any delivered packages.

Leslie was so wonderful- I haven’t left my 3 little guys without family in over 10 years. They are very nervous little guys and have some quirks - she made it all work and made them feel safe. Sent me pictures and updates 2-3 times a day. I could not be more grateful!
Leslie was amazing! She stayed at my house for a whole week with my two dogs. She kept me informed numerous times of the day. My dogs loved her and my house was in great order when I got home! I felt so comfortable with Leslie’s care! I will definitely book her again! She is very professional, respectful and kind:)
Leslie was a wonderful sitter! She cared for our dog, three cats and home while we were away. She was very flexible and patient as we had an issue with one of our cats who was scared and didn’t want to eat. She tried my suggestions and was successful in winning him over! Our dog also requires some time to get used to a new person. Leslie was followed my suggestions and won her over as well. She left the house tidy like it was when we left. Leslie is responsible, caring and above all reliable. It is a leap of faith to allow someone to take care of your most prized possessions and I am glad I placed it in her! We will definitely use her services in the future!
Leslie was absolutely incredible while pet-sitting our dog, Bolt, for six days. I cannot recommend her highly enough—she truly deserves a stellar five-star rating. From the very beginning, Leslie was thorough, professional, and extremely attentive. Her communication was outstanding; she kept us constantly updated with detailed messages, along with plenty of photos that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from every update how much care and affection she showed Bolt. She went above and beyond in every sense. Not only did she make sure all of Bolt’s needs were fully taken care of, but she also paid attention to the little things that make a big difference. On top of that, she kindly helped us by bringing in our mail and keeping an eye on the house, which we truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog and a smoothly run household. We would absolutely trust Leslie again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.
Leslie showed up on time to walk our dog. We’re trying to get them used to one another before we go away for a longer period of time. All went well :)
Leslie provided amazing care for our dog whilst away. He clearly had the best time, with lots of walks and Leslie was great at communicating with us sending us lots of pictures. We will definitely use Leslie and her services again.

Schedule
I am retired after 34 years in education and have a flexible schedule that can meet your pets daily needs- morning, noon or night. Additionally, I have lived in the area my entire life so I am very familiar with the neighborhoods.
