All Fur Babies Are Special To Me
Hi there, I'm Leslie! As a lifelong pet owner and having rescued multiple dogs from abusive situations, I have gathered lots of experience in making all kinds of dogs feel comfortable and safe with me. I have the patience, dedication, and love necessary to earn your pup’s trust. I’ve cared for a wide range of breeds and temperaments, and feel confident that with enough information from the owner, I can care for any animal. I have had dogs for over 20 years, and have cared for everything from small to large, purebreds to rescues. My rescues have either been from a local (kill) animal shelter or an abusive situation. I understand that all animals are individuals and each has their own unique personality. I am a great pet sitter because I believe each fur baby needs to have love, compassion and care. I have had animals that have had special needs and would not shy away from working with yours. I have a background as a emergency dispatcher (911), which enables me to remain calm and make sound decisions in the face of emergencies. I believe in tailoring each experience to each dog/owner. Leslie was a great sitter and kept us up to speed each day with check ins and photos. She followed all our instructions and the dogs were very comfortable with her. She left the house exactly as we left it and we are so glad the pups enjoyed her stay!
