I’m a creative who can’t imagine a day without dogs. After losing my sweet Goldendoodle, McCartney, I realized I wasn’t ready to bring another pup home yet — but I also couldn’t picture life without wagging tails, walks, and sloppy kisses. That’s why I started Rover. I treat every dog the way I treated McCartney — like they’re truly irreplaceable. From puppy training to senior care and everything in between, your dog will be safe, happy, and loved like family.

Leslie took excellent care of Felix. Even more than that, she was flexible with the times daily, even when we had to cancel and re-schedule on short notice. The home was very clean and my pup was accepted by all in the family. It was Felix's first time away without family. This was our first Rover experience so we were a bit nervous, but we will definitely seek to book her again. Can't thank her enough!
I cannot speak highly enough of Leslie. She went above and beyond to cater to our pup (Kevin). Her care & attention to detail made us feel comfortable with using a walking app for the first time. Best of all, Kevin can’t wait to spend with her.

Schedule
My routine is flexible, so I build in time for walks, play, feedings, and snuggles just like I would with my own pet. Whether it’s daily check-ins or longer stays, I make sure your pet’s care fits seamlessly into my schedule so they get consistent attention and love.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, pets are cared for in a clean, calm environment with plenty of supervised play, comfy rest spots, and lots of love. When I’m in a client’s home, I follow your pet’s normal routines so they feel secure, and I treat your space with the same respect I would my own. Whether it’s keeping doors locked, double-checking leashes and gates, or giving medication as directed, I’m detail-oriented and careful so you can feel confident your pets are safe and happy.
A typical day
A typical day is all about keeping pets happy and comfortable. For dogs, that might mean a walk around the neighborhood, a game of fetch, or some belly rubs and cuddle time. For cats, it could be interactive play with toys, brushing, or just curling up together if they prefer quiet companionship. I follow each pet’s personality and routine — whether they’re energetic and playful or calm and cozy — so they get the perfect balance of activity, affection, and rest.
