Experienced Cat Sitter in SE London
I’ve been owned by cats for the majority of my life. I currently have a brother and sister pair who have been my best friends for over a decade, and recently adopted a third senior cat from a local rescue. I absolutely adore cats, and think they are just the most fascinating little beings. I spend about 30 minutes or more each visit, making sure kitty's bowls are cleaned and filled, litter tray tended to, medications administered (if applicable), with plenty of time for play and cuddles and a bit of brushing if they like. I understand how much you miss your pets when you're away, so expect plenty of pics, videos and updates daily. A bit more about me: I am a longtime southeast London resident. I'm based in Upper Sydenham. My “9 to 5” job is in the music industry, so my hours are pretty flexible. When I’m not spending time with my cats, I like cycling, photography, making pottery, cooking and looking after my houseplants and garden. I do mentoring for teens who are interested in careers in music, am a trustee for the Little Fireface Project (a charity dedicated to conservation of endangered nocturnal primates such as they slow loris) and volunteer for AgeUK.

I have over 30 years experience caring for my own cats, and 10 years as a cat sitter. I’ve learned that most cats prefer to remain in their own environment, which is why I do drop-in visits for cats in your home. On a typical visit, I wash their bowls, feed, give medication (if instructed by owner), scoop litter, and spend plenty of time cuddling / playing / brushing / lap time, depending on what the owner (and cat) wants. I know you miss your pets while you’re away, so I take photos and videos at least once a day.

Leslie was wonderful looking after my cats, Tiptoe and Barney, for three days. She kept me updated with lovely messages and photos, which made being away from them so much easier. Tiptoe really bonded with Leslie and spent lots of time happily sitting on her knee, which was so lovely to see! Barney is a little more shy and hid at first, but Leslie was patient with him and he eventually came out and engaged with her too. I always hate leaving the cats, but knowing they were in such caring hands and getting regular updates from Leslie gave me real peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and would definitely have her look after Tiptoe and Barney again. Thank you, Leslie! 🐾❤️
Leslie is fantastic-she is super responsive and sends lots of lovely photos and videos. It’s the second time she has looked after our boys and both times we have come home to two very happy, content cats. Thank you!
Leslie is an immensely caring and reliable individual who has many years of experience looking after many of our furry friends. Leslie also has a such a unique and deep knowledge about the furry kingdom its almost like she can speak the language of the cat. Anyone would be lucky to have Leslie looking after one of their furry friends.

This was my first time booking Leslie to watch my 2 cats while on holiday in the US over Xmas; everything was perfect and went very smoothly with very good communication and updates, also the cats were very content as they were well looked after! Schedule
I work remotely from home most days, so my schedule is very easy to work around for drop-ins of 30 mins. I sometimes bring my laptop along and stay even longer, keeping your cats company while I work between caring for and playing with them. Many of my kitty clients have made an appearance on my zoom meetings!
