I have a fenced yard for off-leash playing and don’t leave my own pets outside either unattended or unobserved. I have 3 cats that do not bother dogs that don’t bother them.

Information Leslie C. would like to know about your pet
I have PTSD from a dog bite 6 years ago so reactivity and resource guarding behaviors absolutely need to be disclosed to me ahead of time. I still can handle these issues but being aware of them can help me adapt my strategies. I’m used to working with reactive and nervous patients but I need to know what I’m working with for my own safety.
A typical day
I’m happy to cater to whatever your dog’s specific needs are. I enjoy walking the different parts of the Swamp Rabbit Trail along with Unity Park and Conestee. I go to the lake fairly often too so if your pup is fully vaccinated, has 100% reliable recall, and loves water, they’ll love to hang out with me! I also love quiet, house enrichment too in the form of puzzle toys!

Vet Tech with 11 yrs Experience
Pet care experience
I’ve been pet sitting since childhood but I’ve been a vet tech for 11 years from general practice to specialty and emergency. I have cared for just about everything from tarantulas to horses but sassy cats are my favorites!

Leslie has been an amazing sitter for my 5 months puppy. She established a great relationship with Lucy Lou and they certainly bonded in a way that I will certainly think about Leslie next time I am in need. She sent update and pictures every day and followed all instructions I had given scrupulously. Her love for all pets and the respect she has for them and the years spent as vet tech makes her a truly amazing pet sitter. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Leslie was terrific with our Great Dane Remington, who can be nervous at new locations with new people. She was familiar with his breed and how to handle him appropriately. She was quick to respond to me and provided updates. Leslie was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. I highly recommend Leslie and look forward to more visits for Remington
Leslie is our first point of contact for anything related to providing care for our animals if we aren’t able to be home for them. She is super reliable and has cared for our cats for more than 10 trips. The cats also love her because she takes the time to give them some extra love and attention in addition to just the normal drive by fill their bowls with food and make sure they have water. Always our first choice for pet sitting!

Leslie being her first time was prompt and did an excellent job with my 13.5 year old dog's injection. She knew what she was doing and did not have to explain anything except inform her of our pet's health issues. Thank you
