Hi, I’m Lesley! I’ve been an animal lover all my life and have over 18 years of hands-on experience looking after cats, dogs, and small furry animals. I am incredibly passionate about what I do, and I promise to treat your pets with the exact same love and care as if they were my own. Because I work remotely, I have total flexibility from Monday to Sunday. I'm always around to give your pets the attention they deserve, and I'm very reliable. For your peace of mind, I am fully DBS checked and experienced in administering medication. Looking after animals brings me so much joy, and it’s always a privilege to be trusted with your furry friends. Services I Offer: Drop-In Visits: Once or twice a day Day Care in Your Home: Morning or evening sitting Dog Walking: Once or twice-a-day walks If you need a service that isn't explicitly listed on my profile, please don't hesitate to reach out! During my visits, I ensure: The Essentials: Feeding, fresh water, and treats (to your exact instructions). Exercise & Fun: Structured walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles and attention. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Cleaning out litter trays or small animal cages Health & Safety: Administering medication correctly, attending vet appointments if an emergency arises, and contacting you immediately if I ever have any concerns. Daily Updates: Regular text updates, photos and videos so you can see how well they're doing. Our Routine Setup: Before any booking is confirmed, I always arrange a Meet and Greet so we can all get to know each other. I make sure all instructions are double-checked and firmly in place before you leave, ensuring your pet’s schedule stays exactly as they like it.

I'm very happy I found Lesley to look after my Princess Jazz when I'm away. Jazzy lost her brother and she's grieving, she doesn't like visitors much but Lesley was able to feed her from her hand the first time they met. I was amazed.
Lesley was a perfect cat sitter and would recommend her to anyone requiring someone to look after their spoilt fluffs. Her constant updates and photos, willingness to accommodate requirements and her confidence around cats left me completely at ease leaving Hobbes in her care. Came home to a very happy boy

I'll make sure my home is a safe haven for pets, with all hazards securely out of reach. I create a cozy space just for them, complete with comfy bedding, toys, and a quiet corner for when they need alone time. I'll also establish a consistent schedule for feeding, playtime, and walks (for dogs), which helps pets feel secure and content. I maintain cleanliness and order in the pet's living space, making sure it's just as the owner left it.

I always start by entering calmly, letting your cat approach me on their own terms. I check their body language to see if they are in the mood for love or just want some space. I take care of the heavy lifting eg scooping the litter box, washing their bowls, and putting out fresh food and water exactly to your instructions. I’ll whip out their favorite toys for some mental stimulation, offer some chin scratches, or just sit quietly nearby if they prefer the company from a distance. Before I leave, I’ll send you a detailed update with photos of your happy kitty so you can have total peace of mind!
