I've have spent many years volunteering at animal shelters as well as raising my own cats and dogs. Additionally, I worked in a veterinary clinic, where I cared for cats and dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. Thus, I’m comfortable with reading animal behavior, administering oral medication, maintaining routines, and keeping pets comfortable and safe.

We couldn’t be happier with the care Bruno received during his stay with Lesley and her sweet family! This was his second stay, and the moment we dropped him off, he was so excited to see Lesley. That alone gave us so much peace of mind. Lesley followed every instruction we provided and made sure Bruno stayed on his normal routine. We also loved receiving photo updates twice a day, every day, which helped us relax and enjoy our vacation knowing he was happy, safe, and well cared for. It honestly felt like he was on his own vacation! It’s clear that Lesley and her family genuinely care for the pets they watch, and we are so grateful for the excellent care and communication. Bruno stayed with Lesley and her family for 8 nights, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lesley and her family welcomed Bruno into their home and treated him like one of their own. Throughout his stay, we received updates and could tell that Bruno was having a great time. He got plenty of attention, care, and affection, and it was clear that he felt comfortable and happy with them. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, content, and clearly well cared for. We are so grateful to Lesley and her family for providing such a loving and safe environment for Bruno while we were away. We would not hesitate to leave him with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring and reliable pet sitters. Thank you Lesley and family!!
Lesley and her family were wonderful and took great care of my cats.
This was the first time I’ve ever left Zara with anyone outside of my home. But, let me tell you….Zara and I feel extremely lucky to have found and been able to use Lesley for Zara’s stay. Lesley and her family were absolutely amazing and took such good care of Zara. It was clear that Lesley loves animals and takes this “job” seriously. Lesley and her family truly welcomed and treated Zara as their own. It took Zara a while to warm up being in a new environment and all. But, once she did, you could tell she was enjoying herself. Lesley cared for Zara in the same way(s) I do; following our usual eating, sleeping, and playing routines. Lesley maintained great communication with me and provided me with updates and several pictures and a video. All of which eased my anxiety a ton! I can’t praise Lesley and her family enough! I will be booking with Lesley again in the future. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

Lesley was such a warm person and was very easy to talk to while I was away on business. I have never left my Fur Baby with anyone before but I’d be happy to drop her off with Lesley again in the future! :)

Schedule
I'm available for boarding 7 days a week. I am home for most of the day, so your pups will never be alone for more than two hours. I do have children, ages 1, 5, and 8, so must get along with kids.

Whether your pet loves quiet companionship, steady walks throughout my neighborhood and greenways, or rambunctious playtime in our 1-acre fenced-in yard, I’m here to make sure they feel cared for and secure while you’re away. You can expect reliable communication and regular updates along with pictures from me so that you have peace of mind while you’re away. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member!
A typical day
I provide a calm environment with structured walks, play time, and rest so that your pup feels at ease while staying in a new home.
