Information Lesley F. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog has and special needs (mobility, medication, etc). Because I live in a condo, dogs that bark a lot or that have separation anxiety issues will not be a good match for dog sitting in my home. We will also need to make sure your pet gets along with my dog, so a meet and greet would be great. In my home, smaller dogs (20 lbs and under) are preferred. In your home, I would be open to dogs up to about 40 lbs.

A typical day

During the week, short walks during the day are possible with a longer walk after work. On the weekends, we can go to Seattle parks or for urban walks around the neighborhood or at the dog-friendly University Village! Lots of cuddling happens at night.

Pet care experience

Hi! I'm Lesley and I have been living with Iggy, the mini-dachshund I adopted in France, for the past 11 years. I have been dog sitting for friends for the last decade, but am new to Rover. I work from home 5 days a week, so I am able to provide regular pee breaks and a short walk or two into GasWorks Park (across the street) during work hours. My home is a "cuddle puddle" of blankets and dog beds for Iggy, but he is happy to share so your little nugget can choose his or her favorite! I am also available for dog sitting in your home if that is preferred though I would need to bring Iggy along. Responsible and patient, I can administer whatever meds your pet might need as well as cuddles during the work day.

Lesley took exceptional care of our senior dog, and her condo is just perfect for dogs who need frequent potty breaks. Lucy can’t wait for her next stay with Iggy and Lesley!
