UPDATE! New extended fenced yard! We take the happiness of our pets and guests seriously. We are expanding our dog yard by 3x! (June 2025) Im a long time dog owner, Breeder & Dog show enthusiast! (25+ years) Im proficient in all aspects of pet care from grooming to birthing. Im a CNA licensed in the state of Va, as well AED first aide and CPR certified. I have shown and handled many cocker spaniels to their championships, all the while raising three children. (now grown and successful!) My dogs and my children make me proud! We are located just minutes from the 95 and Kings Dominion theme park! (Be sure to take a look at the pic of our new fenced play yard! Built especially for all of our Rover guests!) CLIENTS WHO ARE MORE THAN 60 MINUTES LATE MAY HAVE THEIR BOOKING CANCELLED. We only accept pets that are spayed and neutered. If your pet is intact your per day rate will be increased.

Home away from home! Lesley loved on our two sweet fur babies as if they were her own. It was great to know that our babies were loved on and part of a family while we were away. Thank you!!
My Teddy was with Lesley only 2 hours of a booked 5 day stay. I wish I had done a "meet and greet" beforehand, but Lesley said it wasn't necessary. I wasn't comfortable upon leaving and when I got home I decided to go back and get Teddy. Despite her insistence that Teddy would be fine and go enjoy my trip, a video showing him running back and forth to her front door and refusing to come to her as she kept repeating, "What is Mommy worried about, Teddy?" confirmed my discomfort. She was rather rude in follow-up conversations when I said I would ask for the refund that Rover specifically offers. She said "no refund" as she could have taken another boarder; however, she was still advertising availability on our first day of our scheduled stay. There were too many cats, and the fenced in backyard was not what I expected. My friend who rode back to Lesley's with me to pick up Teddy agreed that it wasn't a good setting for him. I would just suggest that you do a "meet and greet" before booking which was my mistake.
Lesley was a great sitter. She communicated clearly and gave us confidence to leave our dog with her.
Never nice and accommodating with our last minute reservation. Our dog came home happy.
Lesley took great care of our dog while we were on vacation. We were in a bind and needed someone last minute. She responded immediately and was very flexible. She sent us updates, pictures, and a video to let us know how he was doing. It was obvious that he was having a great time with Lesley. We will definitely use her again!

I'm self employed and fit my rover clients into my schedule as needed. I always make time for our rover friends. We love to have visitors.

We have a fenced yard, and crate our guests if needed. Our dogs are very social and dog friendly. Please take note we have a cat.

There is always a fun toy or fur friend to play with. Our dogs love to pal around with any guests. We love to provide a lot of supervised outdoor play and execise.
