I am currently retired and ready to devote my time to your pet watching needs. I have a small dog named Sassy, so your pup has a built in friend. If she could talk, she would let you know that it is a very comfy life for a pooch.

I have a fenced in yard to keep your fur babies safe. The large yard provides plenty of space to explore and exercise. Sassy,my small dog, will provide socialization. I am happy to participate in crate training if you need it, but you will need to provide crate.

Let me know if your dog has any special medical or behavioral needs so I will be well prepared. I prefer smaller dogs under 15 pounds. I have worked with puppies and seniors too. I cannot accept dogs with any aggressive history because I have a small dog at my home.
A typical day
We will play in the fenced yard chasing toys then giving belly rubs as needed. I am retired so I have plenty of energy to entertain your pup. Granted, I won't run with the dog but I can throw balls and toys for them to fetch.

Pet care experience
. I've had 1-12 dogs in my home since 1989. My family bred, raised, trained and donated dogs to Canine Companions for Independence. Basically, my world is not complete without a dog. I Love dogs!

Lesa is an excellent pet caregiver. I have 3 dogs and could not function without her help. I have a giant, hyper 2 year old, a 13 year old, and a 17 year old frail senior. She is able to watch them and care for them like they are her own. My older dog has multiple health issues that she manages without difficulty. My dogs are always happy to see her and we’ll taken care of when I go out of town. She loves animals and has had dogs as long as I have known her.
Lesa is trustworthy and highly reliable! I have 2 yr old Husky and I trust her completely with him! Compassionate & competent with all pets!
