I had a very disappointing experience with Leonora. Before I booked, she confirmed that she was available to take care of my pet. However, after the booking was confirmed, she completely stopped responding. On the day of the booking, we drove to her address provided on Rover. Since it was an apartment complex and only the street/building address was listed, we had no way to locate the exact unit or reach her without a response. We waited for a while, but she never replied to our messages or calls. As a result, all of our plans for the day were disrupted, and we had to return home and cancel everything we had planned. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but a simple message letting us know would have been greatly appreciated. The complete lack of communication was very unprofessional and caused a significant inconvenience.

This was my first time leaving Ruby with a sitter who wasn’t family so I was a little nervous at first but Leonora made me so comfortable with her communication and pictures and videos of Ruby. I knew she was safe and happy while I was on vacation and that’s all I could ask for.

Your dog is free to walk around and play freely. I can crate them if you would like me to. I can take them out for walks as much as needed and ofcourse extra playtime & belly rubs!
A typical day
I love taking dogs on a walk at the harbor hills nature reserve near my home!! High energy dogs are my favorite jogging, playing fetch is a must.
