Hello there pet-owners, How nice that you found my profile. Welcome! What originally started with taking care of our neighbour's dog when I still lived with my family in Germany has turned into becoming a pet-sitter for more than 5 years now. I mostly take care of dogs, all kind of different breeds: teckles, golden retriever, friese stabij, irish setter, chiuaua, pug, soft coated terrier, labrador, elo, and many more. My services include walking as well as hosting the dog at my spacious apartment in the middle of Oegstgeest (many green areas around). I have also stayed at pet-owners houses so that their pet could stay in their familiar environment. That also lead me to being a cat-sitter or taking care of any other animals. I have had a big heart for all kind of animals since I can remember. I value the unconditional love these relationships bring and the special bond that I develop with an animal. Specifically for dog-walking, I love that a loyal companion enjoys their time in nature together with me. I am a very responsible and well organized person. I do enjoy the contact to pet-owners and ensure that their pets are having a good time with me. I am attentive to the pet's needs and update owners regularly. I am currently employed as a PhD student which allows me to be very flexible. I have been living in the Netherlands for 9 years now and I understand the language as well as the culture. We only can confirm what all the other reviewers said before: Leo is great! Very friendly, communicative and we felt very comfortable leaving our cat at home alone under her care. She updated us with fun texts and pictures at every visit, and we will definitely ask her when we are away again!

Leonie is een zeer betrouwbare, flexibele, toegewijde en lieve oppas voor Sjakie gebleken! Ze komt afspraken na, stuurt tussendoor foto’s en updates en communiceert heel helder en open! Wij zijn heel tevreden en maken graag nog eens gebruik van haar oppasdiensten!

Leonie was very kind and polite. She took great care of our sweet boy Cat. She asked a lot of questions when we met her so she could give him the proper care. Then during the visit she gave us regular updates and sent us some pictures. We will definitely ask her to look after Cat again and we definitely recommend her services!❤️
Super lieve oppas. Onze hond Milo vind het soms lastig om op een nieuwe plek tot rust te komen, maar bij Leo was dit helemaal geen probleem. Wij komen zeker terug!

I am a PhD student who enjoys working from home, so I am quite flexible and happy to take care of your pet during the week as well as in the weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I have large windows only in the living rooms and they will stay closed whenever there is a pet around. I live in a very quiet area in a dead end street, so no need to worry about cars.
A typical day
I am sure that your pet will enjoy the neighbourhood I am living in: plenty of green areas with a lot of things to sniff and explore.
