Lenora is a great communicator, she follows directions to the tee and does the best job taking care of our 3 dogs whether it’s house sitting or just a drop in visit. She is our first choice whenever we need pet care.

From the first meet and greet, I could tell my Tater Tot was crazy about Lenora—it was kisses and butt wiggles galore. Lenora put a good deal of thought into the questions she asked me so she could be as informed as possible about Tater; even going so far as to ask about issues like any sensitivities to certain ingredients, moisturizers, or other things that she herself would want to avoid wearing in order to keep from triggering any allergies. She was attentive to all my concerns and notes about Tater’s quirks (I’m VERY particular). She made me feel at ease about Tater being in good hands. Lenora sent me pictures and videos, and she didn’t hesitate to ask questions if unexpected things arose at my apartment. She was very flexible and accommodating when I had to shuffle my last-minute vacation plans around, and she was considerate and left my place in great order. Lenora was wonderful with my girl, and I will be calling on her again!

Lenora was fantastic!! She was so great with my fur babies and communicated so well. She really took the stress out of leaving my dogs (they get anxious when I’m away). I’m so grateful to have had Lenora house sit!!
