I have 15+ years of professional experience working with all kinds of animals, but dogs and horses have always been my special passion. I have studied zoo keeping, dog & horse training and vet care, I’m currently studying to apply to vet school. I have a beautiful 11 acre fenced in property and a comfy, home like room for dogs that come stay with me. They’re never alone for more than 3 hrs while I do barn chores (except for sleeping they get 7 hrs to sleep) I strive for understanding, kindness and positive reinforcement and will never strike or yell at your pet unless it if life or death situation. Safety is my #1 priority & I will always put your animals safety above all else. I am a sharp observer and I know that to look for with potential health problems so you will always get a detailed description of our interactions and if i notice anything you should be concerned about I’ll let you know asap. I’m also athletic and have no problem walking and exercising large dogs, and I’m great at teaching them to walk nicely on a leash if that’s not something they know already. Schedule
Animal care is my daily routine. I depends on the clients I have, but I start my day around 6am and finish (usually) around 8pm. If there’s ever any issue I am always there to put in as much time as it takes to solve the problem. I care for any clients that are here and then my own animals, or travel to wherever I need to be. Dogs boarded here get round the clock care and attention. They receive 10-15 min walks or runs every 3-4 hrs except at night. They also get cuddled and I’ll sit and read in the room with them or just play with toys or whatever they like. House sitting clients can specify how much time they’d like me to stay with their animals. I usually drop by 3x a day and stay for 2-3 hrs per visit if that’s okay with the parents. Can stay overnight if needed. Will make sure your home is clean and safe.

I have a large fenced in area to keep your babies very well exercised. They have the option of playing with my dogs if they get along with other dogs. If not they never have to see them. Same with human guests, we have lots of dog lovers that come through and if your pup is friendly or needs some socialization we can do that here at no extra charge. I will work on any behaviors that are unsafe or unwanted (usually just basic obedience) While with us, our guests have a private room with a couch and other comfortable places to lay. It’s climate controlled, and has room for 2 large crates. It’s quiet and tucked away but also has a window and glass door they can look out of so they don’t feel alone. Dogs are fed once in the morning and once in the evening they can have snacks if you send them midday. I can administer any medication’s or supplements that your dog requires. I will treat your babies as though they were my own, with kindness, patience, and compassion. You’re welcome to come out and visit anytime and see where your pets will be staying. I’m happy to send updates of any kind. They usually get walked for about 15 minutes every 2 to 3 hours, or if they’re young or old I take them out potty every two hours on the dot and will administer smaller meals throughout the day rather than two large ones (if you like) However, I will follow any instructions that you provide for me to the letter. If I’m in your home, I will respect your property. I will only go in areas needed to care for your animals. I keep everything clean and leave it nicer than I found it. I’m happy to do most any other chores around the house while staying with your animals. Usually when I’m housesitting I spend as much time at your home and with your animals as possible. I’m very versatile and flexible. I also try to communicate very thoroughly if you haven’t noticed 😂. if you have any questions, suggestions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact me. A typical day
A typical day being boarded at our barn starts when you arrive with the settling in. Then we go for a nice long 20 minute run in the field if they have toys or like playing with toys we will play fetch. Then they’ll come in for a couple hours of rest, water in a snack we’ll have cuddles and then when it’s time we’ll go for another walk. Second walk is usually shorter about 10 minutes and then it will proceed throughout the day like that every 2 to 4 hours they will get about a 15 to 20 minute exercise period outside and then return to the safe home like environment where nobody will bother them except to come cuddle. It’s quiet, relaxed, and most dogs love it.
