The best at doggy gentle-parenting
I have experience with all different kinds of dogs, from gentle giants to feisty 3-pound puppies. I grew up with a chocolate labrador who was my favorite creature on the planet. I raised and trained my dad’s Covid pup, a super stubborn miniature dachshund, and I helped my terrier-mutt rescue go from being reactive and defensive to the best little host you could imagine. When his dog friends come over, he brings out all his toys to share and actively engages them in play. I work from home and have a fully fenced yard for playtime and potty breaks. I believe in being kind to dogs no matter what because they’re all doing their best. I’m looking forward to meeting your best friend!

Schedule
I work from home, so while I do spend a portion of the day at my computer, I’m always around for play and potty breaks. My after work schedule is flexible.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 200 square foot, fully-fenced yard in addition to my apartment. Pups are welcome to come in and out as they please. For longer stays, I prefer pups who are either ok being left at home or in the car during errands (always in safe places with the windows cracked, of course). Crating is optional. I do not crate my dog, but am happy to do what keeps yours comfortable and safe.
Pets
A typical day
Charley and I alternate walks around the neighborhood and trips to Tilden Park or César Chávez Park. We play fetch at home and like to snuggle any time of day.
