My first job was pet sitting and dog walking, and I've loved caring for animals ever since! As a Connecticut local, I know many great walking trails and currently walk about 4 miles a day, so your pup will get plenty of exercise and adventure. I'm also a proud cat parent to two cats, one of whom I adopted after volunteering at an animal shelter for three years during college. I'd love to give your pets the same care and attention I give my own!

Schedule
I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive, personalized care. I naturally build pet care into my daily routine—I love spending my evenings going for walks and relaxing with my cat, and I always make time for play, exercise, and one-on-one attention. Whether your pet needs an active adventure or a calm companion, I'm happy to adapt to their routine and make sure they receive the care and attention they deserve.

Creating a safe, comfortable, and trusting environment for every pet is my top priority. I take the time to understand each pet's unique personality and social cues so I can approach them in a way that helps them feel safe and at ease. I never rush introductions—instead, I let pets warm up at their own pace and learn what makes them happiest, whether that's playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply having calm companionship. In my home, I make safety a priority by ensuring all of my plants are pet-safe and that there are no hazards or unsafe items within reach. I also have a fully fenced-in yard where dogs can enjoy supervised outdoor time. As a pet owner myself and a former shelter volunteer, I understand the importance of providing a secure, enriching environment where pets feel comfortable, cared for, and loved.
