Hi! I’m Lena! I’m a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet owner who genuinely treats every pet like family. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I love getting to know what makes each pet feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I’m especially comfortable caring for pets who need a little extra patience, structure, or attention. I understand that every dog has their own routine and personality, so I take the time to learn what works best for your pet and follow their routine as closely as possible.

I have two rescue pups of my own, so I understand firsthand that pets can have very different personalities, sensitivities, routines, and needs. I’m patient with shy or anxious pets and love earning their trust at their own pace. I also have a background in nursing, which has given me extensive experience being attentive to detail, following care instructions carefully, recognizing when something seems “off,” and staying calm when unexpected situations arise.

We had a bit of an unusual Rover request, and Lena was absolutely wonderful! We’re working with a trainer to help our shy dog, Bonzo, feel more comfortable with new people, and we needed someone he had never met to come over so we could practice having a “stranger” in the house. Lena was so kind, patient, and completely willing to follow our trainer’s instructions and go at Bonzo’s pace. They made the whole experience incredibly easy and were so sweet with him. We’re very grateful they were willing to help us out and would absolutely recommend them!

Schedule
My schedule is flexible, and I’m often available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, and extended stays. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and do my best to accommodate your preferred schedule. Please reach out so we can find a schedule that works best for you and your pet!

- Every pet is different, and I want to know what makes yours happiest and most comfortable! Please share their normal routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications, personality, favorite activities, and anything they may be nervous or reactive around. Let me know about any special care instructions or quirks, too! The more I know, the better I can keep their routine consistent and make them feel comfortable while you’re away!
