For the past 10 years, I have been perfecting the acquired skills and knowledge in my work, as well as continuing to improve using methods and techniques of the world-leading specialists - Leslie McDevitt, Patricia B.McConnell, Zak George, Karen Pryor, Pippa Mattinson, and Turid Rugaas. While you are enjoying a vacation or busy with something important, your dog is safe with me, acquiring new skills or reinforcing ones they already have.

If you want experienced, hands-on, responsible and loving care for your dog, then there is no one better than Lena. I genuinely feel lucky to have found her and could not have felt more comfortable leaving my new rescue pup, Frankie, with her. I recommend her wholeheartedly and will full confidence. I had adopted Frankie about a month and half before I needed to out of the country for two full weeks. I had begun training with her, and was really worried that she would regress while I was gone for so long (she had just learned sit and stay, had just finished potty training, etc.). I shared my concerns with Lena, and not only did Frankie not regress, but she learned even more with Lena. Lena responsibly introduced Frankie to new dogs, which definitely built up her socialization skills. I got TONS of updates, and not just a cute picture here and there, but meaningful videos that showed how Frankie was interacting with other dogs. Lena is not a passive dog sitter, she is involved and she is comprehensive. When I picked Frankie up, Lena shared a lot of really helpful information with me that again showed how invested Lena was in Frankie. Lena is the absolute BEST and I am grateful for her role in Frankie's formative months :)
Lena is wonderful in every respect. She is deeply caring, knowledgeable about dogs, very well organized, and has a wonderful dog of her own in a space that is clean and very comfortable for doggies. My dog Miley had the time of her life and may also have learned a thing or two along the way. Lena also sent lots of sweet pictures and videos which meant a lot as I was away for several days. It’s clear she takes great care and pride in her work with dogs. I highly recommend Lena and will use her again!
Lena was incredible with my 5 month old puppy! We had our dog stay with Lena for a long weekend (3 nights, 4 full days). Lena was extremely communicative throughout the boarding and sent us lots of pictures, videos and text updates throughout the day. Between all of the updates and Lena’s extensive experience I never had to wonder if my puppy was in good hands. I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was probably having more fun at Lena’s than she does on a typical day at home. Lena only boards a small amount of dogs at a time, so I know my puppy got all the love and attention she needed— she also got to make some new dog friends which was great for her socialization learning. I’m so glad we found a reliable dog sitter right in our neighborhood, I know my puppy will be happy to go back!
Lena took great care of my 5 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for 3 days while I was out of town. She kept us up to date, and sent photos and videos of how he was getting along. I would not hesitate to recommend Lena to anyone, she did a fantastic job.
Lena is amazing! She truly loves and understand dogs. She took incredible care of our dog, taking the time to get to know him and how to make him feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.
Lena is a true professional dog carer..she took the time my dogs needed to feel comfortable with them. Very accomodating to their individual quirks, truly feel they are safe and happy in her care. Grateful to have found her! Also, bonus, her son is wonderful and my Midge is in LOVE with him.

Schedule
I take care of dogs full-time. Daycare max 10 hours after 8 am - before 6 pm. Extra time -$5 each hour, but no later than 9pm and not earlier than 7 am. Boarding is 24 hours.

Safety, trust & environment
Although my yard is not fenced in, you have nothing to worry about as I only take 2-3 dogs at a time and always use long training leashes outside. My dog Tess is perfectly trained in response to commands and helps me with work. For example, when training puppies they imitate a lot of her behavioral patterns. She is also gentle with senior dogs.

A typical day
On a typical day, everything will depend on the individual needs of each and every dog. Activities, puzzles, brain stimulation, or the opposite - calm and nap. Go potty with each dog individually when they need it.
