About Len L.
Communication
Dog skills
Safety, trust & environment
I will usually only take one dog (or one household's dogs) at a time for walking, so the walk can be completely tailored to and focused on your dog. I am caring, clean and respectful of your home.
Information Len L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, particular triggers, behavioural issues, allergies, etc and how you usually address these. Let me know whether your dog has recall and is ok off lead or should be kept on a lead. Let me know if there's any training you'd like us to work on. Very happy to do a free meet and greet with your dog and I would recommend this.
A typical day
I love to make your dog the happiest they can be, so it's really depends on the needs of your dog. We might go for a short, sniffy half hr walk, then spend time cuddling on the sofa, training or doing some enrichment activities. Or we could go on a much longer walk if this is something your dog needs. I understand that for some dogs, spending time with a new human can be overwhelming at first, I am mindful of canine body language and consent and let them warm up to me at their own pace.

First class care for your dog
Pet care experience
Dogs are my passion and over the years I've looked after all kinds! As an owner, dog walker, housesitter, for friends, for neighbours. I have experience with dogs with a variety of different needs and sensitivities. I put your dogs needs first and am mindful of how best to keep them happy, healthy and safe. Happy to spend a booking playing with your pet at home, walking them or just keeping them company. I'm now mostly doing walks and home visits but can occasionally do housesitting while you're away. I am Canine First Aid trained (SQA accredited).
Reviews

Len has been wonderful with Eddie and he’s been so understanding about his needs as a reactive dog. Highly recommended!

Len was amazing with our dog Atlas. Communicated really well and was very accommodating!

Len has been fantastic! Really organised and easy to communicate with. Jasper has taken to him very quickly too so I know he is in safe hands ☺️

We were away for 8 days and couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Len to look after our dog, Boris. From the start, communication was fantastic—Len kept us regularly updated with messages and great photos. It was an unusually hot spell, but Len went above and beyond to keep Boris cool and comfortable, even setting up a fan to help. We’d absolutely recommend Len to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter. Boris will definitely be back for another stay!
