A typical day
I like to keep my dog or cat guest stimulated and having fun. I like mix up the day and the mood: playing, cuddling, walking, hiding treats, visit to the dog park to meet other dogs, etc. I tend to empathize with the dog or cat and really try to imagine what they want to do next! I treat my pet friends the way I think I would want to be treated if I was a dog or cat.

Pet care experience
As a freelance writer, my schedule allows me to house-sit and pet-sit for many of my friends. I've been watching dogs and cats of all kinds for over 20 years. Dogs and cats love me! I like to make sure the animals in my care and having fun and get a lot of attention.
