Availability
Aside from pet care, I work on creative projects at home on my own time. That means I can generally put your pets first, and be responsive to your schedule. When we have an established pet care relationship, I am uniquely flexible and available for last moment needs: once we have a routine together, I am ready to support you at a moment's notice.

Safety, trust & environment
Expert, High-Trust Service: I am responsible & orderly. I pride myself on being observant, discreet, and reliable. Whether you need a one-time visit or a consistent routine, I treat your home with total respect and provide the peace of mind that comes with a truly qualified caretaker. Beyond the Basics: I am deeply attentive to your pet’s needs—ensuring they are returned home clean, dry, and happy after every outing. I am also happy to assist with basic household chores, such as garbage removal, to ensure your living space remains stress-free. A Partner in Your Pet’s Life: If we establish a long term routine, my goal is to earn your trust so that, over time, I can provide the best personalized service possible. By managing the logistics and "little things" that often pile up (pet chores, household tasks, etc), I can lighten your load so you can get the most out of your time at home simply enjoying your pet. How'd I get to be a qualified caretaker? My professional background has involved providing personalized, high-trust support (ex. providing personal assistance to the elderly & managing high-value collections of rare items). In all those years, I've learned that providing attention and care was the common thread in the work I really loved – I can do that for your pets.

THE FACTS: a brief written description of super important facts. special needs - anything special that should be top of mind? schedules - what is your pet's routine; what do they expect & when? home – what areas of the home does you pet go in, and where are they not meant to be? BACKGROUND: a little pre-view so that I can get to know the pet quickly. history - how long have you had the pet, how long have they been in their current home, any major life changes for them in the last year or so? temperament - what are they like when they're with you, with others? how do they like to exercise or play? preferences – anything the love or don't love? A typical day
Arrival: I arrive & check in with your pet, saying hi and ensuring they are calm and comfortable. I do a little scan around their area, checking everything is secure and in order and they've not been up to anything dangerous while alone. Dog Outings: I base the activity on you expressed preferences (stay close to home, ok to drive somewhere special, etc) + your dog’s age, energy level, and temperament. I am always attentive to their safety, surroundings, and will have you instruct me on any behavioral cues when we first meet so that I can be consistent. Coming Home: I get your dog clean, and dry before they come back inside. I’ll make sure they have fresh water, are settled comfortably, and that your home is left in proper condition. Support: Let me know if I can handle little things that make your life easier. This might mean trash, mail, blinds & lights, plants... If we’ve established a longer-term routine, I can even support you with tasks like supply restocks that keep your pet's life running smoothly.

Prompt, Friendly Pet Care
Pet care experience
My approach to pet care is based on being attentive – both to your instructions and to the ways in which your pet is communicating. When I am with your pet, I am really with your pet – I'm not distracted or thinking about somebody else. I care to get to know them and respond to their needs moment-by-moment while we are together. I have your pet's security and safety at the top of my mind – I am the type to review your care instructions every time I visit, and double-check that everything is properly locked up before I leave for the day. I could say that I will treat your pets like they are my own pets, but I will also say that I will treat your pets like they are my own neighbors: I will provide complete attention, respect, care, and friendship to your cats and dogs.
