Hi! I’m Leila. I am currently an undergraduate student majoring in biology with a plan to go into veterinary medicine. Other than school, I work at the zoo as an educator, am in the circus, and play the harp! Caring for animals is one of my favorite things to do. I love meeting new animal friends and working to build trust between us. Whether your pets need me to prepare them a four-course meal every day, or just need a little extra love while you’re away, I’ll be there to make sure they get the best care they can :)

A typical day
If there’s one thing i’ve learned at the zoo, it’s that all animals need enrichment! Whether it means going to the park and smelling every bush, walking around the neighborhood to make sure the squirrels are staying in line, chasing a mouse toy up and down the stairs for 20 minutes, or simply cuddling by the window while watching birds, I’m here to make it happen :D

I love animals and have two spoiled cats of my own. I love taking long walks and being outside, so if you have a dog with a lot of energy to get out, we might be a good fit!
