I’m an active and outdoorsy person so I love to walk dogs or take them to the dog park. I play frisbee so even better if they like to fetch! I can drag a string on a stick for hours with a cat or throw a ball across a room. Whatever is needed!

I have been pet sitting in New York for over two years now with a range of experience. In addition to my rover experience, I grew up with a dog and 2 cats! I primarily was a babysitter and nanny from middle school through college (which frequently included caring for pets as well) so I’ve been sitting and taking care of homes for most of my life. Being in law school, pet care has fit very well into my schedule and has given me a chance to have some animals in my life while I live away from my family and pets.

Leila has been such an amazing pet sitter to my mini dachshund Frankie. She takes amazing care of her and has been flexible when my schedule has changed which I appreciate so much. Leila is someone I fully trust. She’s the best.
Leila did an amazing job taking care of our dog and staying in our apartment. Punctual, sent lots of pictures, and very communicative! Would totally recommend and I hope to be able to use her services again in the future!
We cannot recommend Leila enough! We left our two Goldendoodles in her care and felt completely at ease the entire time. She was incredibly attentive, sent regular photo updates, and it was clear from every message that our pups were happy, comfortable, and well-loved. Finding someone who genuinely cares for your dogs the way you do is rare, Leila is exactly that. We’ll absolutely be booking with her again!
