2+ years volunteer experience as a medical care assitant in cat shelters: - record health status of each animal and record any unusual symptoms or behaviours - gave medication to animal that needed it - fed cats and cleaned their surroundings 1+ year foster care for dogs: - fed and walked dogs when needed - would sometimes train to adjust them in their new environment (not a professional trainer) - basically would treat them as my own 2+ years working with livestock: - calf rearing, would mainly feed and clean their environment - would give medication to animals in need - worked with cattle, sheep and chickens 1+ years working in a dog day care: - walk all dogs and supervise them throughout the day - correct bad behaviour and report to lead supervisor - clean their surrounding and making sure they had water at all times. Since I was young, my family and I were surrounded by animals specifically dogs and cats. All were found and kept. Sometimes we had strays (mainly cats and kittens) and would feed them and made sure they had a warm place in the winter (in shed). All animals were welcome to our home. All in all, I am quite ethical in the relation to animal welfare and love taking care of them.
