I have 30+ years of caring for pets I grew up on a ranch in California's Central Valley, was active in 4-H, and spent my childhood as a lifelong Girl Scout — animals have been part of my life since before I can remember. That hands-on foundation grew into three decades of caring for pets of every kind, and today I specialize in house sitting and dog walking right here in the Inner Sunset. What pet parents can count on from me: Real communication — I send photo and video updates throughout your booking, not just a check-in message. You'll know exactly how your pet's day is going. Your home, respected — I treat house sitting like I'm a guest who happens to be great with animals. Mail brought in, plants watered, everything left the way you left it. Consistency your pet can feel — Routines matter, especially for older pets or those with special needs. I follow your instructions closely and adjust to what actually keeps your pet comfortable. Someone you can reach — I'm quick to respond, flexible when plans shift, and easy to reach with questions before, during, or after a stay. Whether it's a senior dog who needs a gentle daily routine or a couple of cats who just want their person to notice they exist, I'd love to help make your time away one less thing to worry about.

LeighAnne did a great job in taking care of our very needy senior pug, Darby. We were gone for an extended period of time and we felt like the best way to take care of him was to leave him in his normal surroundings in our home. LeighAnne was very communicative (lots of Darby pics) with Darby’s health conditions and needs. She also provided Darby with daily outings to keep him engaged and happy. We would hire LeighAnne again if she were available.
We don't plan to book Leighanne again.
Leighanne is amazing to work with! She is so down to earth, a great communicator, friendly, and attentive with our animals and home. I felt completely confident leaving her in charge of our home and furbies. She sent us updates, photos, and snippets of her day while we were away. I definitely would recommend her services and will surely hire her again!
Leighanne was wonderful with everything. She was supper quick to respond. During her cat/house sitting for me, she was great with communication, flexibility with me when some of my plans shifted, super understanding with me as my first experience using Rover, and so much more. She helped me have peace if mind that my kitties would be ok during the 4th of July fireworks. Thank you so much. I highly recommend her.
Leighanne did a fantastic job house-sitting for my two cats. She followed directions, contacted me for issues while I was away, and sent pictures regularly. I had a positive experience using Leighanne and plan to have her house-sit again.
She was great and looked after my dear RINGO. He's not the easiest of cats to care for but Leighanne was just great. I would book her again.
