Hello! I’m Leigh, and I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and pet owner. From dogs and cats to rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards and more, animals have always been a big part of my life. I truly believe that every pet deserves the utmost care, attention, and love, and I treat each one I care for as if they were my own. With decades of experience looking after a variety of pets, I’ve learned the importance of patience, kindness, and consistency in building trust with animals. Whether your pet needs a walk, some playtime, or just a cuddle, I’m there to make sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I’m attentive to their unique needs, and I always strive to make sure they feel comfortable and loved in my care. Leigh has been a wonderful host for Jordan. With regular updates and photos I was reassured throughout the stay. It was clear my pet was being treated with care. I couldn’t be more pleased with the attention my pet received!
My 2 dogs stayed with Leigh for almost 2 weeks while our family was on vacation. I was very happy with the experience (& so were our dogs). She was very responsive to any questions I had and also sent updates and pictures. I felt very comfortable leaving our dogs with Leigh and would without a doubt use her again. Thanks Leigh!

Leigh has watched our 9 year old lab several times for about one week each time. She has always been very friendly and easy to work with. My dog is always very happy to see Leigh and they have a good relationship. Because I know my dog is in responsible hands I don't have to worry when I'm away. I highly recommend Leigh to anyone who would like to leave their dog where they can get plenty of one on one attention.

Schedule
I’m primarily available during the day on weekdays for walks and drop ins, but I can be flexible and arrange evening and weekend care as needed. Just let me know what works best for you, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!

- Before I start pet-sitting, it’s super helpful to know a few key things about your pet to ensure I can provide the best care: Routine & Preferences – Does your pet have a specific daily routine for meals, walks, or playtime? I want to stick to what makes them feel comfortable. Health & Medications – Any health concerns, allergies, or medications I should be aware of? I’m experienced with administering meds if needed. Behavioral Quirks – Are there any special needs or preferences, like favorite toys, safe spaces, or things they’re afraid of? Also, any signs of stress I should watch for? Diet & Feeding Schedule – What’s their feeding schedule and portion size? I’ll make sure they stay on track with their meals. Emergency Contacts – It’s always good to know who to reach out to in case of an emergency (vet details or a nearby friend/family member). The more I know, the better I can ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away!
