Pets are fuzzy treasures I adore
In my 7 years of petsitting I have taken care of mostly mixed breeds such as lab, pit, and doodles as well as boxers, pugs, terriers, aussies, and chihuahuas. I have bathed dogs and administered medications. I have taken pets to the vet. Growing up I also cared for various neighbor's animals when they were out of town. I also cat sit all sorts and have a cat that owns me.

I cannot accommodate pets at my home. I would go to your house to care for your dog(s) or cat(s). I meet the owner and the pet(s) first to make sure we are a good match before working together. Some owners provide me their house key or their door code. I also can grab the mail, take out the trash, pick up pet's meds or food. I send photos of your pet daily.

Leigh Anne has been a house/pet sitter for me on several occasions. She treats my cat and my home like her own. She genuinely cares and I know that I can come home to a pet who has been well loved and tended to. I feel safe and more than comfortable going out of town knowing that she will care for my fur baby. I recommend Leigh Anne without reservation for any of your pet care needs - she's wonderful!
Leigh Anne has been our long-time dog, cat and house sitter and she is outstanding! She loves animals and treats our pets as if they were her own - with lots of love and care. Leigh Anne is a great communicator - she texts photos and checks in regularly. She is responsible and leaves the house cleaner than when we left it. When our animals have needed special attention (i.e. medicine or something out of the ordinary) Leigh Anne is happy to help with these special situations. We recommend her highly!
Leigh Anne did a great job of caring for my two pups. She provided updates and photos at each visit allowing me to relax knowing that my babies were taken care of. She’s a trustworthy individual and true animal lover. I highly recommend her.
Two of the many positive things that describe Leigh Anne as a human being would be responsible and a loving pet caregiver. She is the most kind person I have ever met and I know many others have trusted her to take care of their animals including my sister with her two lab mixes. Of special note, she was able to win over my most timid cat from the moment they first met and both of my cats just love her. Just tell her what u need and she will be honest with what she can and cannot do. I would definitely trust her and I am very picky.
Leigh Anne took great loving care of my dogs ! She is very gentle and caring with them.. also she is very easy going, flexible and was available when I needed someone ..And my pups loved her also 😀

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and I am reliable. I can come to your home to provide food, water, walks, poop pick up, clean litter box, let outside, and give oral meds and of course cuddle and give attention. I quit my government job after 15 years to reevaluate work life balance. I look forward to a flexible schedule hanging out with animals.

- I like to know what makes your pet comfortable meeting a me for the first time and then again for the second time when you are gone. Do I need to bring treats? I like to know if any noises, other dogs, or people make your dog frightened, threatened and possibly aggressive. On walks I usually prefer to keep dogs on leashes unless the owner gives permission otherwise. I like to have feeding instructions written down and anything else you feel is necessary for me to remember. In case of an emergency please have their vet info either on fridge magnet or written down.
