Home away from home for your pet!
I have ALWAYS been an animal lover and I am the happiest when my home is filled with fur babies! My dogs have enjoyed the safety and space to run in my fenced back yard while playing with toys or just laying under a tree. They also love our walks on our dead-end road that is conveniently located off the beaten path while close to Niles and Edwardsburg Michigan, as well as South Bend, Mishawaka, and Granger Indiana. Fourteen years ago, I took my passion to the next step by beginning animal rescue work! Through my rescue work, I have learned the delicate work of caring for the very young to the very old animal while providing all of their physical and emotional needs. I have also learned the very rewarding trade of animal grooming with a grooming shop at my home and, as a result of learning to groom on rescues, I have developed a patient and supportive technique.

Leigh Anne did a wonderful job with our dogs, they were healthy and happy and loved when we picked them up. If we have occasion to need boarding again she will be our first call.
Leigh Anne has watched our dog, Noodles, many times over the last several years. Noodles always comes home happy, tired, and smelling good (Leigh Anne will typically give her a bath before she returns home - what a great added benefit!). Leigh Anne is always friendly and you can tell she really cares about all of the dogs in her home.
Leigh Ann is such an amazing caretaker! Definitely recommend for a safe place to leave your fur baby for any occasion.
Our usual sitter couldn’t take our sweet boy during an extended trip, but thankfully we found Leigh Anne! Upon picking up our pup, he ran back to her with no hesitation to say bye which shows how comfortable he really was there. We also got him back freshly groomed and bathed! Usually we have to bathe him after a stay somewhere, so this was an amazing change of pace! We will absolutely use Leigh Anne again; if not for boarding, for grooming!
Leigh Anne was awesome. Our Buddy had a great time with the 2 sittings with her this month. She has a nice fenced setup, has lots of experience with dogs and takes good care. Thank you!

Schedule
I am currently exclusively a full-time pet caregiver! I am home every day and all day, despite occasional short errands or family and friend visits.

Safety, trust & environment
Supervision! Throughout the day & evening, we are together. I encourage dogs to be dogs with proper social skills and attempt to develop those social skills if lacking.

A typical day
My day begins with ☕️!!! After morning potty time, they are fed breakfast and then, you guessed it, more potty time! Then, we all head to the grooming shop in my backyard where there are lotza comfies and sections for those who prefer to not be in the mixture of those who like to play! I do my grooming right smack in the middle of the fun while supervising to keep the peace! When done with grooming, we head back to the house where they all usually take a nap! Then, it's dinner, outside, and in the living room to hang while I do some chores before resting from the day.
