Thanks for considering me to care for your furry friend! Some things to know about me: I am a graduate student on my way to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist. During the pandemic, I decided to dive into the meaningful work of pet care. I’ve worked on farms caring for livestock guardian dogs, horses, rabbits and even alpacas! Rest assured knowing that I am experienced and accomplished with animal care and can accommodate a variety of needs, from older animals to young pups, kitties, any small or exotic pets and everything in between. Your best friend deserves nothing but the best and I am ready to make sure they are well taken care of, relaxed, happy and above all, safe.

I am located in Moss Beach, California! Between Half Moon Bay and Pacifica, I am perfectly placed to care for animals up and down the coast. I have a car and the freedom in my schedule to get around easily with a moments notice. Should you entrust me to animal sit or visit in your home, I will treat your space with the upmost respect by leaving no trace except for a happy and relaxed animal eagerly awaiting your return.

Lehna is phenomenal and now my go-to person! She took care of my dog, Lyla, an older dog who has some special medical needs in addition to her daily care. Lehna paid close attention to our directions and took especial care in documenting Lyla's health and routine day-by-day. She is also very observant and proactive, checking for things that I myself didn't think to mention! While I usually have some anxiety about taking time away from Lyla, Lehna's fantastic work allowed both myself and my partner to have a peaceful vacation. I can't recommend her enough and will be solely using her services from now on!
Lehna was amazing. She communicates in a timely manner and clearly loves pets. She took care of my two cats on short notice, and I've never felt more relaxed while away. She documented everything she did on each visit and shared photos. I highly recommend her.
Lehna is so patient with my anxious dog Pando. He takes a while to get to know a new walker and she's been doing great to meet him where he is and make a little more progress each visit. Thanks Lehna!
Lehna was able to accommodate a walk for my adult dogs very last minute, and included a meet and greet beforehand as well! She was friendly, on time, very responsive, and able to follow all instructions for our dogs.
Lehna sent lots of pics and asked questions when she wasn’t sure of things (and/or just checked in to confirm) for Sela’s drop ins.
Lehna walks my elderly German shepherd mix weekly and has really gotten to know him and understand how he communicates. Jack loves her and I trust her 100%!

I work full time in animal care and am free to take care of your fuzzy friend anytime of the week! I am happy to accommodate owners looking for an ongoing services as well as those who seek my services day of. Whatever your need, I am quite flexible and happy to work with you!
