Dog care and training have been a part of my life and my family for as long as I can remember! When I was five years old, I started competing with my dog at county shows in classes such as “Best Trick” and “Pet Owner Look-Alike.” I then spent 12 years training my own dogs, completing across all events, and leading training classes through the 4-H Dog Care project. I started volunteering at the local humane society with dogs who have behavioral issues, and excelled with these dogs. I have also served as a foster for the Riley County Humane Society. I have competed with my dogs in AKC and ASCA performance events and now work as a trainer for the Riley County 4-H Kennel Club, Kramer K9 training, and serve as a certified Dog Show Judge through Kansas 4-H. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences and have spent several hours shadowing veterinarians. I have spent countless years having for my own animals as well as those of my friends, family, and others who have entrusted me with their fur babies, and I can’t wait to meet you and help by caring for your fur babies when you need it. I currently am a full-time graduate student in the College of Veterinary Medicine, but would be more than capable of fitting in potty breaks and walks for your fur babies every four hours during the weekday. After school hours, and weekends, I am readily available for all of your animal care needs. I treat all animals as if they are my own! A full bowl of water, fed as instructed, walks, and potty breaks to your pet's desire!
