15 yrs in Animal husbandry!
I started my animal care experience working for the Audubon Science and Nature center in animal husbandry by caring for native and exotic animals, birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians in outreach and environmental education! My husband and I cared for wild, rehabilated, exotic, domestic and farm animals throughout our careers. My husband has worked in a stable and farm and has experience with horses, goats, pigs, chickens ect. Both working part-time and mostly from home we will love your baby whether it's got fur, feathers ,hooves, scales or semiporous skin! ;-)

Responsive and flexible, made sure our boy had lots of love and walks while we were away! And very understanding given flight delays and last minute changes to pick up time!

Leanne was great and so nice! She sent many updates throughout her stay. Laia looked so happy and comfy! We extended her stay and Leanne was very flexible. We will definitely use her again if needed.
Definitely 5 starts, I’m so impressed on how well Leanne took care of my “Poppi”, I brought him in healing from an injury & he came out as a whole new puppy & I love it thank you for taking care of him this whole week❣️ (Also provided photos & vids with updates)
I had a great experience with Leanne (drop-in visits, 2 cats). She provided consistent updates with prompt, reliable communication and left the house better than she found it. Will look to book her again in the future!

Schedule
My husband and I have a flexible schedule working part time and seasonally, with most hours I can set for myself and also often I am able to work from home. He and I make sure all animals are paid lots of attention to and cared for throughout the day and checked on at night.

I have two residences one where I have my pets and another where there are no pets so we can discuss your pets environmental needs. Your baby can play with my pets or have the place to themselves if that suits their demeanor.

A typical day
Taking walks through my neighborhood to the river and playing fetch in a big open field and then a stop at a dog friendly coffee shop before heading home for rest time. I have a shaded and cooled patio and large crates inside to give pups play time and time to chill and have space.
