Having loved a dog through every stage of life, I understand how much trust and care this responsibility carries. I cared for my own dog, Bobby, from puppyhood right through to his senior years, to the age of 18. Caring for him shaped how I look after every animal. As Bobby aged, his needs changed, and I adapted every part of his care around him. I became very attuned to subtle changes in behaviour, comfort, appetite, and mobility, and learned how important patience, gentleness, and reassurance are, especially for senior dogs. I’m confident administering oral medication, eye drops and following other care instructions. I know how important it is to stick closely to routines, and providing calm, loving support when dogs need extra care or emotional reassurance. What truly sets me apart is the depth of love and responsibility I bring to pet care. I understand the trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, because I’ve been that owner who worried about every detail. I care for every dog as if they were my own, with attentiveness and genuine affection. Whether your dog is a puppy who needs consistency and guidance, or an older dog who prefers a slower pace and extra comfort, I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment. I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can feel confident that your pet isn’t just being looked after, they’re being truly cared for.

We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better person to look after our 15-year-old Chihuahua, Tilly, while we were away getting married abroad. It was the first time we had ever left her with someone outside of the family, so naturally we were very anxious about it beforehand. From the moment we met Leanne though, we knew Tilly was in the safest and most caring hands possible. Leanne is such a genuinely kind and caring person, and throughout all the stress and excitement of wedding planning, she gave us complete peace of mind knowing Tilly was being looked after so well. Tilly is usually very timid around new people, but she took to Leanne almost immediately, which says everything really. We received regular updates, photos and messages, and it was so reassuring seeing how settled and happy Tilly was. Leanne always put Tilly’s needs first, which mainly involved plenty of strokes and treats 😂, and you could tell she truly cared about making her feel comfortable, loved and relaxed. We genuinely could not have asked for more, and we honestly thought Tilly might not even want to come home afterwards! I would not hesitate for a second to trust Leanne with Tilly again and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for someone caring, trustworthy and completely devoted to the animals she looks after.
Leanne was very welcoming and caring. Mac was due to stay with Leanne for four nights whilst we had a vacation in Venice. Mac settled well and slept through the night, ate his breakfast and enjoyed his walks. I do have an older dog who is struggling to walk and is quite poorly so he did not go into care and was looked after by a friend whilst we were away so it would be less stressful. My friend was unable to care for both dogs as she is unable to walk distance hence us seeking care for Mac. Whilst in Venice the first morning we received a message with concerns that although Mac was a lovely boy and behaved he appeared to be suffering from separation anxiety - he was whimpering when Leanne left him. As Leanne is a caring person this was stressful and she was concerned at leaving him alone. She contacted us and felt it was too much to care for him. I understand her concerns it was stressful whilst away arranging cover for Mac, arranging collection but we managed it my son had been working away and we arranged collection that evening at 10:30pm. I understand Leanne concerns as Mac is still young at 6 months and she didn’t want to cause him any stress and felt being a lone person was too much to look after a puppy. I appreciate the time she spent with Mac and believe she has now revised her age of dogs to one year. I believe Leanne did her best to put Mac’s needs first and it has taught me that perhaps the way forward is to have friends and family look after my pooches in future to cause less stress for all. We do receive a refund for the additional three nights we had paid for
Leanne looked after our dog Woody while we were away, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease leaving him with her. She’s absolutely wonderful with dogs—so caring, attentive, and completely reliable. It was clear Woody was happy, settled, and very well looked after the whole time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leanne to anyone; any dog in her care is in the best hands.
Leanne is great with dogs, she makes sure they're happy, safe and comfortable, Most importantly always puts them first. I have seen this with my dog Doris and always feel completely happy leaving her with Leanne
