Animal Scientist with patience!
I have a lot of experience under my belt, but also formal schooling. I have received a bachelors degree in animal science and just recently finished up my masters degree. Every since I could remember I was caring for dogs, cats, goats, pigs, donkeys, lizards, hamsters, fish, and emus! Yes, even emus! I have taught children at a farm animal kids camp, worked at multiple cat/dog shelters and have experience dealing with larger dog breeds. I will always work around animals, and want to provide pet owners with a piece of mind when leaving your furry family members in my care. I have had my fair share of animals and I completly understand the stress that comes with leaving them, keeping them healthy, and keeping them happy! I am very flexible so if you have special requests please ask away and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as I can! Additional Skills -insulin/medication injections -grooming/cleaning -basic training -non-dog friendly dogs and safe walk handling -atimid/scared/aggressive cat handling My avaibility is currently flexible between minimal classes. Please contact me with your specific time requests and I will work it into my calender :) When entering into any clients home, I am sure to leave it the way I found it! My number one priority is your animals and their safety. I constantly watch out for hazardous objects and choking prevention!

Wow! I have had many pet sitters over the years, but Leanna has something special about her. I have never seen both my cats adjust to a new person so quickly! Leanna gave them space, interacted calmly, and let them come to her. My dog was thrilled to meet her (of course) and has since adored her anytime she has come over to house sit. When I get home, the house always seems cleaner than when I left and the animals are very content, relaxed, and comfortable (they definently dont miss me at all once Leanna comes)! Leanna is very quick to respond to any messages/concerns and has a wonderful aura about her. She has found a way to fit me into her schedule last minute several times and always goes above and beyond to care for my fur babies. If you are looking for a responsive, respectful, and caring sitter that you trust for your pets, look no further :)
Ever since I’ve known Leanna, she has cared for animals more than anything else in her life. With her being in her masters program studying animal science, she knows more about dogs than anyone I’ve ever known. She is caring, thoughtful, and loving toward dogs of all personalities, that being difficult or easy. I wouldn’t trust my pet with anyone else.
Leanna is the most passionate person about animals there can be. She is has a degree in animal sciences which means she is knowledgeable about various animals. Every animal she she sees she stops to meet them and gives them lots of love and affection. She has also worked with many pets in the past at a pet rescue adoption center where she spent countless hours volunteering to help walk, play, and feed the animals that were up for adoption. She is by far the best person to come across when looking for someone to take care of your dogs she’ll treat them like their her own!

Schedule
I have an extremely flexible job that allows me to wiggle around work hours, with this I am able to choose time frames that work best to my schedule. Luckily for me, this compounds with Rover bookings quite nicely!
