I grew up with all sorts of animals- dogs, cats, bunnies, fish - pretty much everything! ☺️ After college I adopted my first pup- Harley, a miniature pinscher. He was my baby!! Over the years, my husband and I rescued 3 more min pins: Rudy, Gatsby and Lulu. They were the most fantastic little kiddos and our whole life for many years! Unfortunately we just lost our youngest, Lulu. This was the last of our pups to go over the past 6 years. It’s been really difficult saying goodbye to all of them and we need to take a break before we bring a new pup home. However, we are huge pet people and we really miss having a 4 legged friend around. So, we’d love to be able to love and care for your fur baby while you’re away!! I work from home so will be able to spend a ton of time with your baby. We have a good size fenced in yard and we love taking walks. So there will be plenty of outside time. I do have 2 little girls- 7 and 3 years old. They have lots of experience with dogs and absolutely love them! So as long as your dog is good with kiddos we are great 😊

Leanna was warm and welcoming! This was my first time using Rover, and I am so happy with the experience. I felt Leanna provided a caring and fun environment for my girlie, and I had no worries for Lucy while in her home.
Leanna was so wonderful with our girl. She went above and beyond accommodating us when it was MY fault for messing up which day I would be returning and added on an extra day to my reservation. We loved that we did a meet and greet to make sure everyone got along well. Her young daughters were so incredibly sweet to Tahlia and apparently had a great time with her. While Tahlia has love children in the past, she is older and hasn’t been around a lot of kids in a number of years. Leanna was great making sure Tahlia felt loved by her sweet girls but also making sure Tahlia wasn’t overwhelmed. Her yard was a perfect heaven for Tahlia and I’m sure she had lots of new things to smell and see. Leanna did great to make sure I felt updated and I felt super secure leaving Tahlia with her and the girls.

Leanna was amazing! After meeting with her to introduce Theodore, I felt very confident that she would care for him just as much as I. They got along great! Theo loved spending time there. Leanna’s family also went the extra mile and got Theo a Christmas gift 🥹🎄 I got pictures almost every day and quick responses. Overall, I am very satisfied.
Leanna was great with my dogs. One was pouting and didn't want to eat so she tried other options. In all, my pets and home were well looked after.
First time, and definitely not the last!! Leanna was so wonderful with my pup - I appreciated the updates and that she included my pup apart of her daily activities 💛

Schedule
I work from home so have plenty of availability throughout the day. I have 2 young kiddos that are in daycare/elementary school. So other than dinner/bedtime and a few evening activities we’re around.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a good size backyard with 8 ft fence. We can crate your fur baby if needed or we have baby/dog gates and could leave him/her in a larger space if preferred if we’re gone. During the day, your pup can hang in my office while I work if they prefer ☺️
A typical day
We have a great backyard for frequent outside breaks but also love to have a long walk everyday through the neighborhood. Would love to have your fur baby join on this if they like!
