This was the first time leaving my puppy in someone else's care. At the meet and greet, it was clear to me that Leanne had wonderful intuition and insight about her. She sat with our puppy and let her get to know her and feel calm near her, and built a positive relationship with her right in front of my eyes. Leanne is reliable (always responds to texts right away), and is on time. During ...
LeAnn is a caring and conscientious person with whom I have happily entrusted my pets and with whom I would gladly entrust them again. She has extensive experience with special needs caretaking to include pilling, bathing, and wound care and knows how to triage an ailing pet. She is someone I would trust to not only monitor and attend to my pet's physical needs, but to also to ensure their emotional/behavioral needs as well ...
LeAnn is the most kind and compassionate person I have ever met! She is wonderful with both cats and dogs! She has experience with special needs pets. She is able to give medications to your pet as well as change a dressing. You can rest easy that your pet will be in the very best of caring hands while you are away!
Observant, gentle, animal lover!
Growing up on a hobby farm I have bred and cared for a variety of animals for many years. My dad bred beagles for sport and we had a variety of pets, both inside and out. I was taught to respect animals, care for them gently and be observant and intuitive to their needs, allowing them to express their needs to you in their own way.
Throughout my life, my home has not been complete ...
What Leann would like to know about your dog
In order to determine the best activities, I need to know the level of socialization I am starting with (we can work on this skill if necessary). How well does the dog handle on a lead? Are they accustomed to walking on a lead and do they know commands? How do they behave when encountering other animals? Are there any triggers that make the dog fearful or aggressive? Is he/she allowed treats and if so, what is allowed? What activities are allowed and what are the pets limitations?
Are there any health issues?
