Growing up with dogs, I realize the importance of leashing and acute attention. My dogs growing up loved to escape and explore the neighborhood, making me more aware of their sneaky tendencies! My cats are indoor only, but cause plenty of trouble around the house. Having two cats for a few years now has definitely made me more aware of cats and their tendencies, as well as dogs!

A typical day
I am an active person and can readily walk dogs for over a mile during my drop in visits. With cats, I try to spend a lot of time playing with them since they’re often left alone for longer periods of time!

Pet care experience
I grew up by the NC coast with 3 dogs and when I went off to college I adopted a cat of my own! I’m now a graduate student with two cats and a rescue dog. I have experience with nervous pets, senior dogs, bottle feeding kittens, and even rabbits!
