I love each furbaby like my own!
Hello! First of all, thank you for considering me to take care of your pet! I know how challenging it can be to trust someone new with your furbaby, but please let me assure you that I treat every creature I meet with the love and care that they deserve. I have a long history of taking care of critters. My family and I have had pets of all types from the time that I was a baby - from dogs and cats to fish, rabbits, and ferrets. I also have experience volunteering at a no kill dog shelter in my hometown, so I am very familiar with multiple breeds of dogs and am comfortable with almost every temperament. I will love on your dog as long as they want me to, or I will just get straight to the point if they are just in it for the food or exercise. I took a break from sitting and walking for the past few years to work an office job, but am newly able to say that I am now a proud stay at home mom of two young kiddos (4 & 6). We have been living in the St Albans area since October, 2022. Walking, exercising, taking care of, and playing with pets for income is a dream come true for me, and I appreciate every opportunity that comes my way to provide for my family while living that dream. Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to consult with each owner in their home before the initial sitting or walking appointment to meet the pet and make sure we are a good fit for each other. During this time, we would go over any information that is necessary to adequately care for your pet - where leash/harness are located, routes that are preferred for your pet, feeding instructions, etc. I am flexible and will care for your pet according to Your routine. I also like to send pictures during and at the end of the visit so that you can rest assured that your baby is well taken care of.

Lux loved her visit with Leah! Leah was the perfect solution to our dog sitting problem. She was there when scheduled and gave all meds perfectly. I can't praise her enough for how she treated our dog.
Took great care of my dog and cat, including administering an extensive amount of medications to my cat who has health issues. Enjoyed receiving lots of pictures!
Leah was able to walk my dog on short notice when I got sick. She was friendly and he was happy afterward. No issues. Would use again!
I have used Leah as a dog sitter/walker a few times while on vacation and she has done amazing with my German Shepard Starbuck each time. My Shepard is very high energy and Leah handles her very well. She is kind and caring and I know my Starbuck is in good hands when she is with Leah. 10/10 recommend ?
Leah is an animal lover if I have ever seen one!!! Her heart is dedicated to caring for any animal in need. She takes phenomenal care of not only my animals when I need care, but her own as well. I highly recommend Leah!!

Schedule
I have updated my availability to exclude Fridays since I have my pre-schooler full time on those days. If you need extended service that includes Fridays, please let me know. We can probably work something out! Otherwise, I am available for all shifts during the weekend, and morning & early afternoon during the school week.
