Hi there! My name is Leah, and I’m a 22 year old college student who absolutely loves animals! I’m new to Rover but definitely not new to pet sitting. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and even homes for family friends and neighbors whenever they needed a trustworthy sitter while on vacation💕I know how important it is to have someone reliable who will love and care for your pets just like you do. Leah was absolutely wonderful. She stepped in last minute to care for my dog for four nights and even took the time to come meet her the day before, which I really appreciated. She was communicative, reliable, and clearly very attentive, especially with my dog having a sore paw at the time. It gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leah and would gladly have her sit for us again
Leah was great. Bixby is a shelter dog and easily triggered by strangers. She is very calm and patient which helped to put Bixby at ease.
Leah has watched my 2 French bulldogs several times.. she is amazing with them. I have a 2 year old dog who is not great with new people and he took to her right away.. this of course was a big relief to me, he’s a bit awkward and doesn’t do well when we travel.. I wasn’t worried for a second leaving him with Leah.. she understood his needs and special personality and loved him quirks included.. she stayed at our home and it was in perfect condition when we returned as where the pets, well fed and loved. I would recommend her to anyone and now I’m nervous she won’t be available to watch my beasts.. she is honestly a great choice and a sweet person.. excellent pet sitting qualifications. She was also professional, came over met the pets got my instructions in person, clear and conscience communication.. as I said above we hire her whenever we need pet care.
