Laura and I follow a gentle routine designed to keep your dog happy, active, and comfortable throughout the day. Each morning, dogs step outside for their first breath of country air between 6-7am, enjoying an hour of playtime before returning indoors. With access to our spacious yard all day, pups can come and go as they please, always under close supervision. The day winds down with a final bedtime potty break at 9pm, ensuring a peaceful night's rest for all. Meals are served promptly at 7am and 7pm, providing nourishment and routine for our beloved guests. Mealtimes can always be adjusted to your dog’s preferences. Rest assured, your dog's well-being and happiness are our top priorities as we strive to create a safe, enriching environment.

A typical day

Outdoor Activities 1. Playtime in the Yard o The dogs run, chase balls, or play tug-of-war in our spacious, fenced yard. 2. Nature Walks o We take them on leash walks to explore new sights and smells while burning off energy. Only dogs with harnesses will be taken on walks as collars are apt to slip off. 3. Agility Challenges o We set up simple obstacles like tunnels, jumps, or weave poles for exercise and fun. 4. Fetch and Frisbee o We play classic games like fetch or catching a frisbee are always a hit. 5. Water Play o On hot days, we let them cool off with sprinklers, a dog pool, a splash pad or safe water toys. Indoor Activities 1. Interactive Games o We use puzzle toys or treat-dispensing games to engage their minds. 2. Hide-and-Seek o We hide treats or toys around the house and let them sniff them out. 3. Cuddle Time o Some pets love nothing more than relaxing on the couch for belly rubs or ear scratches. It’s one of our favorite activities too! 4. Training Sessions o We practice basic commands like sit, stay, or shake, or teach fun tricks for mental stimulation. 5. Tug-of-War o A simple but engaging game using a sturdy tug toy. Social Activities 1. Supervised Group Play o We allow friendly dogs to interact and socialize under careful supervision. 2. Photo and Video Sessions o We capture fun moments to share with their owners and create lasting memories. Special Activities 1. If it’s your dog’s birthday, let us know! We will plan a birthday surprise for them.

Sasha had the best time at Leah’s! Leah was nice enough to do a meet and greet prior to me booking. Each day, I received pictures and an update on Sasha. Leah eased my concerns and Sasha ended up thriving during her stay! Will book again!

We had such a great experience with Leah! They have a huge area for the dogs to get to run around and play. She sent regular updates and photos, and Bobbie came back exhausted.
